Fitted them and the power delivery at low and medium speed is massively increased, smoother acceleration and the sound! Epic overrun when throttling off, and a nice deep bass exhaust note. Highly recommended.

Normally I would say baffles left in but without them this bike has gained attitude!!👍
I cut the baffles down to around 50mm and have a lovely sound. However I'm thinking of cutting them shorter again to get a bit more volume.

I just got these on Saturday from TEC USA. Was out of town so I hope to install them this coming weekend on my CGT 650. I'm afraid I have to disagree on the baffles. I already have their 304 'Cannon' silencers and I am very happy with the baffle in sound.

The rack is the Suzuki rack they carry on the site but he mentioned having to make some brackets. I too would love a kit for the rack/seat combo...

Yes all makes of silencers that fit the standard front pipe will work (even better) with the TEC front pipes

What is the widest front and rear wheels/tires that can be run on a stock Int 650? To get a 130 in the front I need a new front end and for a 160-180 in the rear id need to change the swing arm, yes?

How about a raised front mudguard and and a set of knob bird. When I had a Triumph Tiger Trail in the 80s , I just removed the can when I went Bush in Australia. Eventually the mechanic who worked on the bike put a set of pipes along the right side with hot dog ends.

You state the power increase for the Stinger but what about these? I am guessing they will not be too dissimilar for the same set up?
Hoping these have the Lambda bosses (0xygen sensor bungs), I just ordered a pair for my 2020 650INT.
I have a TEC X-pipe on my '20 Speed Twin, your Cannon silencers on my 650INT and have been waiting for these header pipes to complete it; the S&S 742cc big bore kit is next!
out of curiosity, why do you have that 2 bikes considering they're same style and the Speed Twin is superior?
@@DucNgn in the U.S. the Speed Twin is twice the cost, twice the power and twice the trouble; I own three Triumphs (900 Thruxton and a Bonneville SE). Most of my friends have a small fleet of bikes; we choose which ones to ride based upon mood and purpose.

Hi! really a great adittion to keep the factory look! do they have a x-pipe? and how do they compare performace-wise with the 2-1 Stinger?
I'll be getting an interceptor after summer, and I am really looking forward to mod it (I got an eye on the air filter kit and the exhausts to start with)
I don't think there's a room for x-pipe under the engine

I like the look of these better than the ones on the street twin. Not a fan of the little heat shields that are on the street twin exhaust.

Your Website says this set-up won't work with the baffles out on the Euro 5 versions? Could you advise why and is there a way around this at all with a remap or some such please?
It does work with them out, they just won't honour the warranty on the exhaust. Not sure on the reason, think I heard it had something to do with heat. I just cut my baffles down to get more sound.
euro 5s run way to lean, so proably isnt worth the risk, unless you run a fuelx lite or pro on it or powercommander
Still waiting for the information re: 20 % more power from my Himalayan.
When I sell the 82 Kawasaki will get an Interceptor. And tinker with it, of course....
The Exhaust looks tad longer, the 2in1 setup is the right size for exhaust.

Definitely junk the baffles. That`s what a 650 twin SHOULD sound like.
Good for when you live inside the US maybe, but otherwise this set has become synonymous for 'Out of stock'. They should consider renaming them.
The wheels also are not standard.
