Salam sister Nafisa. I've had many friends who came and have gone and we shared our hobbies together. I had an upbringing, where all I knew of Islam is to pray when you get to the mosque, don't have a boyfriend and don't even hug a guy. I've hung out with lots of people who have chosen to do these things for whatever reason, and I haven't. This is coming from someone who's Islamic upbringing could've been better. I left those friends not because of their "haram lifestyle" but they turned out to be the typical mean girl group looking to compete with me. I hang out with girls who I THINK is the type to have my back. Not based on religion. Friendship is friendship. Love your channel btw keep going Inshallah.
