A little coloring tutorial for today. The focus of the video is on the skin tones but if anyone wants another tutorial on the hair, let me know:)

I really want to try the arteza markers, but I have so many markers I can't justify it 😂 I love using purple shades for skin shadows.

I hear you on the marker front. Luckily most brands work well and they can mix together:)

what printer & ink did you use to print out the images so when you use the alcohol markers over the lines they dont smudge?

I usually get things printed out at a local print shop (they have a laser printer and the lines are waterproof) but at the moment I am printing things at home on my Epson. I leave the prints to dry overnight and then am careful to not run the markers too much over the lines as I colour.

Thank you for this tutorial! I just got some alcohol marker and will be trying this out. One thing I am curious about is how do you do very fair skin. Like cream colored or ivory.

Glad you found the video useful. For very light skin, I would just adjust the blending group and use even lighter colors and perhaps stick with fairly light shades for the shadows as well:)
