- I took a closer look at Five Shows at Wario's, a personal favorite fangame of mine. Despite its predecessors receiving a large amount of notoriety, this one seems to have slipped under the radar, despite being close to perfection.

Who knew that making a FNAF fan game that consists of image backgrounds and jpegs of corrupted Nintendo characters would lead to such an extensive series.

The story of FNAW is this: The creator literally made a 3-4 hour two-part video explaining the story. Pretty sure the part covering Five Shows is like an hour of part 2. Don't feel bad that this is an oddly complicated story for what it is.

There's actually a way of beating a true lie without having to guess the right answer. If you question the princesses from left to right (1-3) and the first three are liars, ask the third one "are you or any of the princesses next to you the real princess?". If they answer yes, that means the fifth princess is correct. If they say no, the fourth princess is correct. There is a way to beat the game with 100% certainty, you just need to think outside the box, which i think is a very well designed way of making this minigame actually challenging instead of a cakewalk or a dice roll (but the suspense of picking a princess still gets me everytime lol).

The disturbing thing about the game and the series gotta be that they are not animatronics but ghosts that possess their own dead body. Literal corpses that roam the building, looking for the next victim in their murderous rage, all but minions, controlled under a even more dangerous entity. Its a quite cool story to be honest and a scary one indeed.

FNaW is my favourite FNaF fan game for a few reasons, first one being the gameplay and how extensive it gets especially after the first one. Second reason is the story which is worth understanding because it’s so good! Third (and the most unique thing I personally like) is how all of the games connect to each other when you have them all in one folder. This series means so much to me and I’m glad you made this video to spread the word of FSaW.

enjoy these games, i grew up with them since i was a kid and fsaw is hands down the best one in the entire series, huge props to WwwWario for making such a great and nostalgic series.

I remember seeing the old FNAW games and just thinking they were just another simple fangame. Hell, the beginning of this video hadn't entirely sold me either. That's until I saw that one of the modes had you playing TWO GAMES side by side, AND they intereact with each other! What!? That's fucking awesome! I don't even know how that works but that seems like a nightmare to code. For a game that uses simple photoshops of Mario characters, it sure has more that meets the eye. And I thought the stuff Sonic PC Port did was impressive. And the finale having you hop from every single game in the past and back to the final one is just a fantastic idea. I hope that WWWWario goes onto make totally original games with crazy mechanics like this, becuase my god do they have potential.
Despite having some less than stellar graphics,FSAW is one of the best fnaf fan games i have ever played.

Actually, it's a lot more polished than you would think, and I have just the example to prove it:
In Five Shows At Warios' Exit Standard Mode, one of the rooms you can unlock is a Bathroom. Yoshi will attempt to attack you from the window of said bathroom, and in order to get rid of him, you need to enter the room and stare at him until he leaves.
Now, this is where the aforementioned polish comes in. The walls of the bathroom are lined with reflective ceramic tiles. Now, you would normally expect the developer to just simply plop Yoshi in the window and call it a day. However, that's not what WwwWario did. In reality, WwwWario took the time to *make it so that you can actually see Yoshi in the window in the reflection of the tiles.* It's a small detail, but it's one that clearly shows that effort was put into the game's visuals.

one of my favorite things about the game is the art direction for this game. one can easily say this game is bad because "bad graphics" but I think is a genius artistic choice due to the character of wario being known as a cheap and greedy person and is really easy to see that if the character of wario was to make a game he would take multiple shortcuts. Also, my second favorite thing is how this game is minigame focus which reflects the wario ware games being mini game collections. This game might look simple but a lot of thought went into it
Hell, in One point you PLAY Warioware.
10:30 you unlock the endgame quest by beating all 3 routes, not just the cellar route.
Oh I did the cellar route last so maybe that’s why I got them confused.
One of the reasons I love Five Shows is simply because of how much content is in it. It's a whole mountain, that also makes the game very repayable.
Quick warning: the true lie is bugged as one of the questions is paradoxical. When it says "Excluding you, have i asked the real princess a question", it counts her if you have asked her a question before so be careful

1st Stage: Okay, I am a bit skeptical on this, wtf are those graphics, reminds me of old 2000' flash games.
2nd Stage: Okay, fine, you need to risk playing various mini games, I get it. Feels like I'm on freaking Newgrounds...
3rd Stage: Eh, platformer as final challenge? Why is it so underwhelming?
4th Stage: Wait, a house? O-okay, maybe its an additional level like Night 6 in FNaF...
5th Stage: Wait it's not? Okay its... surprisingly interesting, I give it that.
6th Stage: Wait why it keeps going? I thought its the end!
7th Stage: What the actual hell, director's cut offers even more mini games?
8th Stage: Looking back, many of these mini games can be turned into full games if polished...
9th Stage: An ENTIRE ARG??? The hell?! Thats so cool!
10th Stage: AND an endgame mode to play even when you finished??? Jesus Christ, I... I now see why so many people like this game...
You know at times like this you just realise how massive Fsaw is its got so many extra modes and replayablility that it'd probably take you months to fully 100% the game
But then you realise there are the Fnaw Fangames like Fnaw Rise of Coruption which are even longer as theirs so much content stuffed into them. The deffonition of Fnaw is Quantity and Gameplay over Quality even then the quality of these games is still phenomenal tho the first 4 games Fnaw to Fnaw Orogins where very lacking in graphic quality but when fnaw 4 came out the quality skyrocketed.
if you haven't played Tyke and Sons Lumber Co. you should. its my personal favorite fan game (I couldn't get past one of the day parts unfortunately and I cant run it on any computer I have) and I recommend playing it. its a mix of chipper and sons, and fnaf

I'm surprised that no one has tried to remaster the fnaw series, since fnaw is the only fnaf fan game in the classic era that hasn't been remastered... yet. But again, nice video. It's great to see people actually giving these games a go since barely anyone ever talks about Five nights at Wario's without making fun of the graphics or some times the story.
Well goodnews Www.Wario is making a deluxe version of all 5 of the main games (Fsaw is excluded). This will include better graphics new gameplay mechanics hopefully better jumpscares and ect

6:08 The Normal difficulty technically isn't luck based. The last question that doesn't ask something directly ("Are you or the other two entities beside you the real princess?") can be used on a fake one next to an undiscovered one to see if it's real. If they respond with "NO" then it means the one next to them that you haven't asked is the real one. If they respond with "YES" then it means the one that isn't adjacent to them is the real one. I think it can be used on one of the two remaining ones for the same effect (if they answer NO then it's the other one, if they answer YES it's that one) but I don't remember exactly. The last one is basically luck since if the princess says YES (they're fucking going to) it's a 50/50 because they can be lying and you haven't asked the real one a question (so this inverts it to YES) or they can be telling the truth since you have asked the real princess (that one) a question so they reply YES. The only time this feels less luck based is if you have completed 2 and 3 to near full completion since those two will be replaced with better questions ("Have I beaten the Lady in Pink challenge in FNAW2" and "Have I unlocked the Wario skin in the daytime question of FNAW3?") that can actually reveal information to you.
Also did you get some footage from another source without crediting them? Some of it looks identical to Nitrocity's FNAW Series retrospective (especially the Final Show and Cellar segments) and wanted to know if you forgot to credit them or not.

FNAW games fills me with so many memories.
I previously said that FNaW was my favourite FNaF fan game franchise of all time, which is still true. But was Five Shows at Wario’s: Director’s Cut my favourite FNaF fan game of all time? Ehhh I was probably unsure about that but I think I can say now after ranking it alongside other Five Nights at Wario’s games (and fan games) with the game’s ranking never being personally beat for me, and the fact that I genuinely don’t know what other game I’d say is better than it, Five Shows at Wario’s: Director’s Cut is 100% my favourite FNaF fan game of all time. The story is definitely one of the big core elements that makes it so much more unique to generic FNaF animatronic pizzeria/diner story #1562. And the best part is WwwWario (Andy) himself made videos breaking it down! It’s still a spectacular watch. We’re also still getting continuations with Subterranean Wario’s and the FNaW Deluxe series. (Make a video on FNaW 1 Deluxe pleaseee /hj). The coolest thing about that version of Day 5 with the two applications is that FNaW fan games like The Abandoned Factory 0: Nevermore EXPANDED on that idea heavily. Still a great game and video.
Having a newer game link up with one's older games for more interesting gameplay is an insanely cool concept
I think Five shows at wario’s is mostly unheard of because most fnaf fans sort of move on and expect fangames to be at the same quality as or better quality than the current five nights at Freddy’s official games not to mention that for a lot of people, the series sort of ended at 3

This is a great game and surely is better than most of the other Wario’s game.
This game could actually beat One Week at Flumpty’s fanmade. Which is currently my favorite FNaF fangame. Placing OWaF on 2nd place and RTTF2 on 3rd place
One other thing about A True Lie, if you have save files from the other games in the same folder as Five Shows, you can ask question about the other games including asking t them if you completed max modes in the other games(ie: Did I beat All Max mode in FNaW2?)
I agree. FSAW is easily the best game in the FNAW series, due to how much content there is that makes it replay-able as it can.
You can also unlock the Living Room immediately after beating Day 1 in the exit mode, so yeah. You can go to the living room from the attic ya know
