The MOST UNDERRATED FNaF Fan Game

- Project Readjusted 3 is a recent fangame developed by Mechlus. Project Readjusted 3 is what I currently consider to be the most underrated fangame. As much as that is just my opinion, I believe there to be some objective truth behind my claim, and you'll see why...

Yes, I am very much aware of the drama surrounding Mechlus and a couple other developers. No, I will not be taking down my video nor do I feel the need to revise anything I said. My points and opinions on the game still stand true even if the opposite has occurred for its developer. Other than that, please keep the drama out of my comment section. I'm glad everyone has enjoyed my video otherwise :)
Thank you so much
Nah homie. Your doing your best work- it's not your fault mechlus decided to act this way. Your video is great, and the opinions shared are even better. It's a great game all around, just kinda sucks the developer can't act like an adult.
can you not talk shit about fnas? it was their first game and the later sequels are actually decent (also let's see you try and make a fangame)
@@doodletron65b74 Clearly you are the type of person I was making to joke towards :) ALSO #FNwSFFSweep
@@SirFiftyFive I'm likely older then you but ok also what is that #?
Imo, it just feels less like a 'fan game' and more like a good solid FNAF inspired game. And yeah that's a compliment.
Could not agree more, well put!
@Man with hair no it’s not a fan game, ik defining a fan game is really hard but this is its own game there is no actual correlation between them after all there are no reoccurring characters and story.
It is tho INSPIRED by Fnaf because of the way the animatronics look and certain altered game mechanics work but the story and objective is completely different.
@Man with hair Overwatch is a Team Fortress inspired game. That doesn't mean it's a Team Fortress game. There is very much a fucking difference.
I remember recently posting about this game on Reddit, wondering why no one was talking about it because it was so unique and had a really cool visual aesthetic. Many responses said “I’ve never heard of it until now!”
I’m glad that people are starting to give it more recognition.
Glad to have given such a gem some more recognition!
Now _this_ fan game is one that Markiplier definitely needs to try.

Beta testing the game was pretty fun. I do recommend people try it out since it’s a pretty unique title out of many fangames.
Agreed, glad you enjoyed
I love the look, feel and execution of this game. Definitely deserves more love imo
For sure
Loved the video dude. Extremely good job summarizing the highlights of PR3, as well as discussing some minor criticisms. Honestly, this is one of the best game reviews I've ever seen, and I completely agree with all of your points. This game is truly special, and is definitely one of the most underrated fangames of all time. Very well done, and thanks so much for the shoutout! It's very much appreciated :D
So glad you enjoyed it, thanks for the support as always!
played this game for a bit with a friend, i said
"I THOUGHT THIS WAS A FNAF FANGAME, NOT A HOSTAGE SITUATION????"
I saw the gameplay for this game not too long ago, and might I say this is definitely a fnaf fangame that has top tier quality.
I love how this game utilizes multi-tasking in its gameplay.
I love how you described Busted attacking the patents as his trap card. Besides that, I agree with this video. I'll always enjoy the classic FNAF formula, and there are other fan games that follow it that are fantastic (FNAS for example; it started out as a one to one clone of FNAF 1, but it slowly went for more original ideas). But I'll always have fun with those fan games that shake things up. While I don't think Project Readjusted 3 is the most underrated fan game, it's definitely up there.
i havent played like any fnaf, but just looking at all the games in the series, you are so wrong, it has so much bugs and glitches that it doesnt seem fun to play at all
@@michael92872 That's your opinion, man.
RATIO @GAMEZ MAJOR RATIO
What would you say is the most underrated FNAF fan game?
@@BotBruh448 I'm not too sure. There are a ton of great fan games that don't get the recognition they deserve.
Such an original and great concept for a game and especially a FNAF fan-game ! Project Readjusted clearly need more visibility !
Glad to see that people are starting to take notice!
Little aside, but the point you make about 3A and Busted coming at the same time isn’t that bad. The game allows you to ring the bell twice if 3A comes into the room without being insta killed
I thought I mentioned that, but thanks for the heads-up!
There are many FNaF (fan)games that have made me nervous in their gameplay. FNaF 4 played around with the idea of keeping your ears open instead of your eyes which was a neat twist. FNAC 3 and it's rly creepy animatronic designs as well as the eerie setting accompanied by the deceptively nerve-wrecking audio of the music tape definitely kept me on edge. However, the one flaw I had with these two games (and many others that I have not mentioned) are that if you understand the mechanics after about a night's worth of experience, the gameplay loop in each of these games become really predictable, almost as if you're going through a mental checklist of what to do in the event of Threat "X" appearing. It becomes so predictable and easy to control in fact that in the event that a Threat "Y" gets added to the mix, more often than not it is very easy to adapt the method you have subconsciously formed to account for this new character, which then can continue with the inclusion of Threat "Z" and so on and so forth.
I played this game straight through (from Night 1 to Night 5, excluding Custom Night) and I gotta say there wasn't a single part of this game that didn't have me absolutely terrified. The feeling of forcing yourself to operate in a room surrounded by absolute darkness in almost COMPLETE silence until absolutely necessary otherwise due to your very limited glowstick battery is by far the most chilling thing I've ever experienced. A great reason for this is the contrary of the other games I mentioned above: although there is much simplicity in the gameplay loop, there is very little predictability, and there is less of a question of WHAT to do when a certain threat becomes apparent, but more of a question of WHEN and WHERE. The nuance of Busted taking time to get to you after ringing the bell on your desk also does so much in terms of just pure stress; now you KNOW he's coming, but you just have to wait for the right moment in which he's there. (I realize I talk about Busted a lot in this comment because that's the one animatronic that I remember the most about this game.)
The whole mechanic of trying not to "waste your battery over mindless paranoia," as mentioned in Night 1 (or maybe Night 2, idk it's been a while) could not possibly have been done more perfectly in this game, which is full to the BRIM of situations that would make anyone feel paranoid. Tapping into those feelings of paranoia will automatically consequently breed a great sense of fear, uncomfortableness, and panic, and I wish more fangames would play around with that reaction, rather than going straight for fear itself. I actually got so scared that I ended up restarting the night on two occasions (because there's an easy way to do that, almost as if they knew how much of a tempting panic button it would be), and I ended up just exiting the game after seeing Subjected Member once on the cameras in custom night.
In all honesty I have no idea why it went under the radar from so many big FNaF channels like Dawko and Fusion who have only made so much as one video on it. It's SUCH a great game and it should've really deserved more attention.
Awesome analysis! Could not agree more!
Incredible video, dude! I really enjoy this style of video, and this one does said style very well. As somebody who's currently working on scripts for videos and trying to 'truly' begin my channel while also being a fan of fnaf, this video was honestly kind of motivating, so I thank you, and good luck!
Awesome man! Thanks for the support, can't wait to see what you come up with!
This game is the first ever fnaf game to have a human (NOT mind-controlled by the robots) as an antagonist (correct me if I'm wrong)
Pretty sure you’re right
But did you forget about FNAF 3 springtrap
Well he is *IN* a robot while this game just has a normal person, No suit, no brain wash, just a person being a part of a weird cult that requires them to wear an animal mask.
maybe Tealerland? but IDK if it released earlier
Thanks for this vid. I heard about PR 3, but I thought it was still in development. I played the second one and I remember it being very unbalanced, there were way too many mechanics, the game was very hard. It's great to see that developers grew up so much and made such a great game.
He definitely did, that year this game spent in development sure went to good use!
Killer video! Looking forward to seeing more, and especially your next intro!
You should make a video about it!
Thanks for the kind words, and going easy on me LOL
hi theft king, im looking to get some clout so could you start some exaggerated drama with me for no reason? 😀👍
I've seen the second game but never heard of the third one.
This is actually very cool and I wish I could play it but I don't think I can.
DiceGames has a full play through that you can watch with the link in the description!
I wanted to download it once but it said the game has viruses :(
i can't wait for Eleven's "SCP: The Endurance".
A SCP based Fnaf styled fan-game sure is great.
It's been in development for a really long time, but i hope when the day comes and it will come out, you'll make a video on it. That would be cool !
I’ll check it out when it releases
Uh I doubt that this specific game will be released the dev comes through really hard time now.
@@rafsandomierz5313 yeah i know about it, that's why i'm not saying a specific date. but we can still be hopeful that eventually the game will release.

Yeah
Somewhat the same
@@SirFiftyFive hmm okay still man sad that that the controversy happend):
well... this video was recommended at the worse time possible
Tell me about it
One of the most underrated things I’ve seen is Malediction Chapter 1 (while it isn’t exactly a game, it gives off a nice illusion of it) it’s a choose your own adventure type RUclips video where the choices you make affect what happens. It has multiple endings and it’s amazing. It’s both horrifying and hilarious. I would love to see a video covering this… I think it genuinely deserves more attention.
2:38 same with aftonbuilt the concept is awesome wat they had was awesome and Scott rejected it I was it would continue
Great video. I was actually looking at your channel the other day, and seeing that you hadn't made a game review/commentary in a long time. I was hoping you would make one soon, and here, a few days later, it appears. Well made video, and a really cool game you covered nicely!
Thanks for the kind words, means a lot!

I'm not a big fan of fnaf and have never played it, but this video is so interesting to the point where I want to try this. Honestly amazing video.
Thank you Gamez :D
ok i played 2 nights of pizzaeria simulator but thats it lol
@@michael92872 pizzeria Sim is honestly my favorite official fnaf game
The sheer tone, pace, motion, ambience, everything makes this game what it is. i cam across this from a recurring dream I've been having for a few years, and in trying to find it, I found this! Amazing recap over it Sir55 and great game Mechlus!!
I love watching these “Underrated FNAF games” videos, because this looks so awesome, I’ll play this actually, starting off from first game obviously but yea, please keep making these kind of videos.
Great video, man! Love seeing these genuine review videos on games like this that are super under the radar. I don't typically play games in this genre myself, but I'll definitely give this one a look! Hopefully content like this will inspire the game creators to further their efforts and make a better iteration of the game.
OW! This video aged more poorly than milk left outside a fridge during a family vacation.

I never heard of this series too but found it about 1 month ago, really liked the concept, it really has an unique idea and it gives the stress. I almost got every star in the game and still love this game and it should get more known
This video is amazing. I like how calm you are and how informative. Keep up the great work
I think maybe the reason it isn't being talked about as much as other fnaf fan games is due to how it strayed away from the fnaf formula in a way that just didn't quite get the attention of the typical fnaf player, I'm not saying that's a bad thing as I personally do really like this game and do love their take on it.
bro ive been asking people to make a vid on this game ever since i played it. its almost perfect and the way you described the slight problems were flawless.
'preciate the support!
We need this to be a canon scott game concept cause like WOW.
I have a feeling of deja vu, as if i have seen this place somewhere and all these rabbit mask's, i have already seen this somewhere
Security Breach but better ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
Alien blackout (a mobile game) had the same mechanic of if a person dies, their dead for the rest of the game. So you can continue the game but they'll be missing, and they can all die which leads into a game over.
great video man, definitely gonna check the game out.
Thank you, please go play it, well worth your time :)
Amazing video dude!! I’m always looking for new games to play and this one looks amazing!!
Glad you enjoyed the video, make sure to play the game if you have a chance!
Never knew about this game 'till now, looks really interesting. Awesome video btw.
Oh i think ive heard of this one!!! I cant remember who covered it, maybe Dmuted or Gomotion or somebody, but im so glad to see it being covered agajn! It sucked about the developer but im glad to see someone else talking about the game itself!
Really well put together vid man, very nice 👍
holy shit the screams from when the patients get attacked actually sent chills through my veins... the devs did a godly job 10/10
Thank you for making this vid, I'm on my way to download rn!
Awesome!
@@SirFiftyFive I played it it was great experience I had to let 2 patients die on the last night also thanks for responding.
I think a big reason nobody talks about this game is that they dont want to give it attention after the while situation I won't name.
Which is a shame because it looks super cool and unquie
This video was made before the pear. My points still stand regardless.
This game looks wonderful. Amazing video bro!
Good editing, I hope you get more attention.
Thank you!
I saw the game and I found it as another fnaf fan game, as I saw so much fnaf fan games I don't find anything interesting in the mechanisms of the game anymore but after watching your video I did truly noticed how much more unique this game is and that it is better than most fnaf games, there is just more unique mechanisms than most fnaf
Glad I was able to change your perspective!
i loved the game and im excited to hear someone speak about it :) this is the first worthwhile yt vid i could find on this
Thanks so much! Glad I was able to bring PR3 to a wider audience.
im gonna test this out! i played tyke and sons lumber co and i know that these 2 creators have some kind of relation (because of the credits of TaS), this game looks pretty nice
Go play it!!
Woah Great Vid! I gotta try this out!
Plese try it out, thanks for the support!
Mmmmh, I want a lore video now. It is interesting with the fact that it seems to hide an entire organization that just decided to drag someone in, the price of such being their survival as the cost.
His game is amazing. I'm sad he self sabotaged himself with his recent actions. Wanted to see more like this game
Imagine if we got a sequel to this if Mechlus didn’t fuck himself over.
@@brawler5760 he was forgiven
Yo this game looks so cool :D I hope it can gain some traction with an audience
That was my game, glad you thought it sounded nice!
I actually still have the release version of this game, and I still love it
I’n glad this game is getting the recognition it deserves for being worked on.
The patients screams of death will haunt my nightmares
Thanks alot SirFiftyFive for bringing up this FNAF fangame. For long while now, I feel like every single FNAF games are the same and there is nothing new. Every mechanic, character AI and story feels exactly the same. There is no originality in some of these fangames, and it gets boring and not challenging once you get familiar with how the game works. As someone who is a fan of FNAF horror and wants to have the best horror experience with games. I might try this game out and hopefully the FNAF canon can try something new with it and actually turn to horror once again.
I've always wanted a multiplayer fnaf game where multiple night guards/players watch over a big building from different security rooms being forced to communicate information like animatronic locations and more (like maybe a foxy esc animatronic can attack player 1 but only player 2 can see it and so has to warn player 1 when it's running to attack, that sort of stuff.) through a phone system like in fnaf with phone guy. It could be a fun and intense experience if done right with some replayability. Too bad I don't know how to make anything like that. But this patient system seems similar enough. I really wish I could just pay someone though to make my game idea's sometimes... wait. Can you do that?
Seems cool, but the closest thing I can think of is Rat Race, a multi-player FNaF game where 4 players try to ambush each other with animatronics. But that sounds like a cool concept!
That scream when busted busts in is brutal
I want to watch a story explained video. But the game is so underrated that I can't find it anywhere
I remember someone saying that the main reason these kinds of games that are fan made FNAF games, the reason most of the cooler ones are underrated have to do with how Scott's whole thing is haunted animatronic trying to kill you as the night guard. Anything different other than that is just its own game. Game Theory made explained this in one of their videos about fnaf called "My fan game is a CRIME" where he talks about this topic in better detail.
I guess you have a point, Project Readjusted 1 & 2 were both in the style of the original FNaF games.
Hope this game garners more attention! Seems really cool!!
It is a lot of fun, check it out if you have a chance!
Don't you hate when bad people make good stuff? ;~;
Look in the top comment. This video came out way before it was revealed that the creator of this game was a part of The Pear.

@@_Berserk_984 I'm aware. It's just an "in retrospect" thing.
Finally got around to watching this after hearing you mention PR 3 a few times whenever I was streaming, gotta say, this has definitely sped up the game on my backlog significantly and made me somewhat frustrated that people voted for *FNaF PT* over it last time, lmao. Next time around, I may just play the most voted fangame then play PR 3 afterward regardless instead of the second most voted option.
Great video, this is a well-structured analysis that I'll certainly be trying to capture the vibe of in my own series as well. Thanks for giving a spotlight to lesser-known fangames that are really incredible, since many of the well-known ones outside of the Fanverse...probably don't deserve to be. I'll try it out ASAP!
Awesome hearing from you, definitely worth playing whenever you can!
i played this game beat on 100% and its still in my top 3 best fan games so far 9/10
I played this game but the concept of it disturbed me a bit especially hearing ur hostages scream in agony when busted finds them
I think it’s great that there are bad fan games, it lets kids explore, then create something new
I love the concept of this game.
What exactly is the "leap in logic" of animatronics becoming killers during the night and not during the day ?
Why would they jump from docile to hostile only at night? Story aside, it doesn’t make sense
@@SirFiftyFive why do people prefer to mug other people at night on isolated places and not at the middle of the day in populated areas ?

I can’t believe how invested I was in this video only to be jumpscared by a monster energy drink ad 😭

Dormitabis is sort of forgotten, it’s freaking terrifying
This game sounds very innovative and diffrent other then “spooky kids thing kill you at night defend!” Now you have real consequences to losing something instead of getting a small video thrown at you just tp press retry
