I don't know Greg, these shots come from a VHS that George Xu gave me twenty years ago, there is no cover. At the beginning of the videos is the header of an American school of traditional Chinese medicine. Here on RUclips I learned that the shooting was in 1991 in San Francisco.

After year of this kind of training I started judo, Shuai Jiao, sambo along with dabbling in kicking boxing and knife fighting. This is garbage. It could work but but you need to spar daily. If you spar daily you realize that you need to stop someone getting back up. This comes from ground techniques, control methods and ground and pound. The fact that these aren't discussed demonstrates a lack of awareness. Train a sparring heavy style then go back and learn these arts. This is the way
