    I love how subtle everything was in 6 seconds that told the whole story:
    2:30 Walt barely turns to his left at Mike for Declan to follow to confirm he killed Gus
    2:32 Declan follows his lead using just his eyes and looks to Mike for confirmation
    2:34 Mike gives a head shake that confirms Walt did kill Gus and not the cartel
    2:36 One of the Declan crew seems to get a little nervous realizing this is really Heisenberg

    This is my favorite scene in Breaking Bad. Heisenberg to these dudes was basically a myth or a legend. They weren’t even sure if he was one man. And when they realized they were face to face with him, they acknowledged him.

      Declan wasn’t scared of anyone. Sure he was out of his depth but he had the heart of a lion and was willing to go toe to toe with Walt regardless of his reputation. Declan didn’t bow down to any man, it would go against everything he stood for.

      A lot of their best scenes were silent scenes. Those two are amazing, to be able to express so much without a word.
      Like in Boxcutter. I can't remember Aaron Paul saying a word until the very end, that entire time in the lab he was silent, but still said so much.

    The look from Mike when Jessie looks over at him... that kills me every time. Mike knows what it means to get 'stuck' in the game; to be forced to continue as the danger mounts. And I think he doesn't want that for Jesse and knows exactly why Walt said it. We've seen Mike have to play this out over and over again, starting in BCS with Werner and with Nacho.

      @@maverickmic A bit late to the party but I believe it started out in a lot of Breaking Bad clips with people claiming they can pinpoint a particular scene from the show as the precise moment that "Walter White" died and was replaced entirely by his alter ego Heisenberg, like Anakin Skywalker becoming Darth Vader.
      After a while, everyone got sick of the same pretentious claims in every single BB-related video and turned it into a meme lmao

    The balls on Walt here are insane. He knew that they would think about just killing him to eliminate the biggest competitor. He KNEW that but was also confident that he could convince them not to. Also, even if they did kill him he would die knowing it was because of how good he was. He always lacked recognition and notoriety. He wins either way.

      The weird/ironic thing is how in the end he recieved an outrageous amount of recognition and notoriety for all the worse reasons (criminal psychopath murderer drug empire overlord type stuff.) I think he would have still enjoyed it if he could have kept his family though.

    Jokes aside, one of the best scenes in the whole series. Walt went from a normal high school chemistry teacher to a living urban legend, when he realizes he’s actually talking to Heisenberg he completely drops his cockiness, almost like he couldn’t believe Heisenberg was real.
