'Light and Day' Mike! One of the most impressive A/B differences I've heard. As you say... very musical. Love it:)

    That hardware sounds fantastic!
    Thanks for the video!
(Ps, interesting about the Fairchild. I’ve heard and used several emulations and the only one that grabs my ear and seems to add something special to the sound is the Joseph Puig version (puigchild)
Electronics don’t age gracefully and it’s always fascinating to hear how that principle affects different vintage hardware emulations. Some in good ways and some in less exciting ways.
Same experience for me with the LA2A emulation.
There’s Something special about the Chris Lord Alge version to my ear as well.
Still really impressed by your video and what I heard through the hardware. First time I’ve heard a compressor that would make me want to look at some thing besides plug-ins I’m using at this point.

Thanks very much for watching and for the comment. Yep, I love the Puig and CLA versions - they've both got something about them!

Yeah, a little depressing. The plugin (which I have) compared to the hardware (which I definitely don't have) is just not there! Actually scrap that, it's not depressing, as I'll just send my drums to you LOL!
