      LOL! I guess so. I just love her so much and think she's so sincere and knowledgable - but she can take 15 minutes of information and fill 45 minutes sometimes. I have been very pleased to see some shorter ones lately! :-)@@EsaiasP

    Where did you find the studies where it shows that people had higher levels of magnesium after doing the epsum salt bath?

    If eating a lot of fat is causing diarrhea, it's not a good thing. Eating less of everything, getting vit D from sunlight (or red light) and drinking good water is the answer.

    I add two cups of epsom salt in my bath everyday!! I could not survive my workouts otherwise. I have been adding one tablespoon fi magnesium liquid - I can't take it orally and didn't want it to go to waste. It seems to give me energy. I am hoping it helps my dry skin.

    Steve from The Shenandoah Valley... 6-8 cups of Epsom Salts in a tub of water?? Does that salt load affect my sewer system of a septic tank? The nearest Float Spa is an hour and a half away.

    • @JohnHBatte
      @JohnHBatte 5 лет назад +2

      Steve Templeton while I cannot give you 100% answer, I have a 47 year old septic system and I and my wife both use epsom soaks with no damage or issues. Truthfully these newer soaps and shampoos are harder on the fittings than epsom. If it’s the bacteria your concerned with add ridx every month. Our tank is on a farm house and has never been cleaned in 47 years and has zero issues.

    Soaking in Epsom salt is phenomenal...and it is great to take orally especially if you have a heart condition! Try it, Epsom salt is cheap, much cheaper than magnesium supplements and Epsom salt is a good source of sulfate too. It is amazing.

    Hello Dr. Boz.. i've started the keto diet almost 2 months ago and today i found out that my gallbladder is full of stones, my dr said i'll have to keep a very strict diet to try and eliminate them.. that means i'll have to make a diet opposite to the keto one, no more fat.. i don't know what to do now.. can you help me with an advice? Thank you.

      Consume organic apple cider vinegar and organic lemon juice 1 to 2 tbsp before each meal with some water. Google it to find out more. 1 year into my keto journey with intermittent fasting. Not one stone.

    I have not seen any actual evidence that epsom salts have any effect whatsoever on athletic injuries or other benefits. Any studies have found no benefit. Please correct me if I'm wrong. Maybe if you are magnesium deficient it would help but otherwise there's no proof of benefit.
