Welcome to the RV6 mafia Joel 😆 Im making 566whp@7600 at 30psi e55 on 2000cc injectors. Going to turn the boost up on a ported head/ferrea valvetrain - hoping for 600+whp on 33-34psi e55 One word of caution is this turbo is capable of ALOT of flow/boost - i reccomend upgrading to a JE Pro Seal headgasket if you want to run high boost/high rpm - 3 layer metal gasket is bomb proof with arp 625s Everything is going in next week so ill post numbers once i break in the new valvetrain/gasket - youre going to love the top end on this thing.
@According To Joel made 417/434 stock turbo e30 stock fuel system with 5" downpipe. 3" prl front pipe and rampage 3.5" maf housing Made 533/436 p600 xdi 1430 injectors with dw300c intank e50 JSR ported intake manifold Made 547/436 with 4" mega maf housing from rampage e50 p600 33psi 7200 redline Made 566/436 with R660 30psi on 2000cc injectors 7600 redline All of this was on 100% stock engine
@According To Joel lots of testing - I would have kept pushing the stock motor but had a tiny hole between cyl 1 and 2 headgaket - very narrow bridge, so not much meat there. Luckily, JE makes a 3 layer metal gasket with fire rings that's bomb proof So far, my tuner made 842whp on it with no issues, so it's holding big power. Plenty for me down at high 500s/low 600s max - valvetrain also adds some insurance against float so gonna spin it higher with all the stock sensor will let us push - stock cams fall off after 7000 so 8000 is sort of a plateu of power from 7k to 8k ....goal has been 580ish on 100% stock motor but now with ported head I'm think 590-600 is achievable- just a matter of how much cfm this R660 will flow. It's been fun testing, so if I can do it, anyone can lol. Honestly, it's the drop in King at the moment for stock motor. You'll have one of the fastest, if not the fastest, FL5s in the world soon. Pretty cool 😎

Does your turbo come with the CF turbo inlet pipe? I look at their website and it said included don’t see it in your video. I was thinking about getting this turbo + their dp + front pipe setup. I still haven’t decide on the exhaust though….might keep it stock.
Nice man! Not with a syringe. Just pull the fuses for ignition coil packs and fuel pump and crank it a minute to get oil pressure built through the lines.

The cf inlet comes with the new version of this turbo. Wasn't available when i got mine
