  • This is my 2nd Samsung HD LED TV UN60ES7150FXZA. Both bought from different stores (in different cities) and both of them are having this same verticle line sync refresh issue. I've contacted Samsung support and to no avail they end up saying my TV is defective and needs to be repaired. I've tried everything from changing HDMI cables to factory defaulting it to turning off ClearMontion...... EVERYTHING!!!
I think it's a firmware issue. For now bye bye Samsung! Hope you get this resolved soon!
    Edit
Here is a link to a word document that I've created to help resolve this issue. Hope this help some of you out.

After further looking into this. I finally got through with Level 2 support. (they are located in Greenville, SC) and it's the app in the Media Hub called "AllSync" (if my memory serves me correctly)
You have to go disable this and the issue goes away. Band thing is, I went through a 55", to a 60" and another 60" back to a 55". All did the same thing. I called their support every time and they all said it was a defective TV. I called BS, finally got lvl2 and disabled that and viola! It's fixed!

Easiest way is to hit the Tools button on the remote and there are some auto selections in there. I personally find the "Natural" setting pleasing.

Would love to get the 60" back again. Went back 2 Costco n the price of the 60" had gone up n the manger wouldn't make it right. Guess they were upset at me for returning so many TV's in such short of time. But I was like, it's not my fault.
Just checked their site for firmware update. Ur correct. They fixed it. Will apply tonight.
    - The version is 1025.0
    - Resolves picture shaking and line noise on 1080p source.
    Thanks for the heads up!
Now if we can just get the 60" again! :)
    Come on Costco!

I've attached the word doc. Get it in the description. Hopefully the new firmware will really resolve this.
I'm happy with the 55". Wife really wants the 60. We'll see what happens. Good thing they fixed this before Xmas otherwise they would have tons of returns after Xmas.

I got mine from Costco online they didn't have it in the store anymore, so check. Mine was around $3000 but had a instant rebate so it went down to like $1997 or so which is not bad. Thanks. TV is bad ass... when it looks good.

I'll have to look and let you know. Ohh, I wrote up a word doc and took it to Costco so they could help stop so many returns. Just trying to do my good deed for the day. lol. Didn't help with getting my 60" back though. Let me see if I Can find it. If so I'll post a link to it.

I have the same tv. I will check this out with my PS3 but I have not see anything like you show here, which does suck and I would be pissed too. There is a firmware update I did yesterday that I think did help with some jittery motion. Do you have Game Mode on? Also do you only see this whilst playing games? I have not been able to find Game Mode but then again i have not really looked.
