@@prashantwadhwa92I know I am late to this but the answer is yes. Because you’re not “practicing” law you’re doing legal work for someone who IS practicing the law. Basically you’re a ghost rider. It is still the responsibility of the lawyer who hires you to check the work and whatnot.

Can a lawyer from outside US can become freelance lawyer ?
I imagine that depends on your jurisdiction's laws for attorneys, but you can't practice law in the US if you're not on a bar.
