My E300 razor speed goes down , I thought the battery went bad , I changed the battery with a new ones, and charged it for about 18 hours but the speed remains the same ( slow ) !

A good trick for when using 2 SLAs but really you're gonna draw insane amount of current and kill batteries quicker than usual, and potentially over discharge. I'd pay a few extra bucks for new controller out of china. Regardless you got that bad boy going!! This thing is as rusty as mine making things trickier to work on haha.

Hey Drew, thanks for the great videos... I just got a Razor 300 yesterday to fix up . Batteries are full charged , power switch lights up, and motor runs, by hot wiring to battery:) and controller clicks. I disconnected brake connection to try to test throttle but nothing happened. Is there a fuse on the Razor 300? Any suggestions or ides ? Thanking you in advance Drew:)
Hi Deborah, there is a small black button which is the fuse. But if you are hearing clicks from the controller then this is not the problem. Suggest you measure the voltage of your batteries to see if they are up each close to 12.7V first! Cheers Drew
I have the e100 the throttle cables are yellow sogo to 85 86 right do you connect the switch to the throttle cable. I wanted to ask you if you can post step by step an its my first time trying to wire a motor to a relay with the scooter that would be so awesome an a big help thank u for your vids and your time i forgot i subscribed to your channel bro

Did the relay take the power from fully goin through throttle switch bc those wires are tiny and will burn
That’s precisely the job of a speed controller or relay ... the wires through the throttle switch are just a input or trigger to the speed controller or relay! Cheers Drew

Lead wires on your motor are hooked up backwards

Hi Mate, I'm not really sure of the intent behind this question to be honest. It is a DC motor so you can hook it up either way the motor will just spin in the opposite direction. Does this help? Cheers Drew
Hello, what is changed with that relay, more speed or what?
The relay is like a gate. Only opens once the key is inserted. Allows the battery power to go to the motor when the gate is opened.

Hey I'm looking at your video look pretty interesting I would like to do mine do you have a diagram how you set up that really I have fortunes just relay on Amazon but do not know how to set it up will greatly appreciate if you could send me the diagram from the battery to the motor to the throttle I'm for some reason my orijinal set up that I have is original it stock I have Fortune to scooter from someone and for some reason whenever you stepped on it it does not have the power to move you but if you lift it up and press the throttle it will move the wheel will spin I mean but as soon as you stepped on it it will not spend it will not go anywhere any tips any help would be greatly appreciate thanks very much I'm looking forward for you to help me with that relay thank you

It's not the relay the it's the motor. It has a custom motor if you do the relay on a stock motor it works wonderfully
