Take those taco wrappers and stuff them into those empty stud bays. It’ll look like you have insulation through the FLIR camera.

We did have a track builder in Florida pull the rebar out of the slab after the inspection and replace it with wire mesh.. then on to the next house.. Rebar scam was used on twenty plus homes until he got caught..

Had me going till he said he took insulation out of one side after inspection lol. But when I was kid we go to new construction sights and get scrap wood that the builder was throwing out and pick up nails off the ground for building our forts .

This is even funnier because here where I live in Hawaii, plenty of people really do this kinda thing...
The subdivision is about 75 miles of roads- about 70 miles unpaved, some extremely nice properties -with neighbors living in tents & building structures with pallets and scraps....
Once he started with "full dumpsters," I knew we were in for serious million dollar information 😌💰💰💰💵 Can't wait to see what nuggets of wisdom he has for dirty port-a-johns rented at a discount.
