Was in Barbados and bought a pineapple from a man walking the beach. This is how he carved it except he left the crown on and held it while he trimmed the sides and cut the eyes out. He then sectioned it bottom to top, slid it in a plastic bag and then cut the top off. Best pineapple I ever had in my life. Believe it or not, the core is edible and very very sweet if it's allowed to ripen on the plant.
I'm about to clean my pineapple now. Thanks for sharing. I usually waste to.much! Now I can make my pineapple jam and some pineapple curd ❤️ thank you 🌟
