Definitely didn’t make this up. Just trying to share things that I’ve learned over the years that might help people get better!

Good stuff. You guys should come with challenge workouts (eg; the 300, murph,) then battle each other.
Can u do a video on diet and how many meals a day to eat and what to.eat and what not to eat if your trying to lose 5-10lbs but keep strength.

Here's an alternative for anyone who isn't strong enough to pull a sled (yet)...try attaching the bands to a plate.
Try not to let the weight manipulate your body position during the end of the movement
Try continuously walking while doing these
