Thanks for watching, guys! Dr. Baucham is a source of great wisdom and encouragement to me and many others. I hope you enjoyed. Some of you asked for the links to the articles he mentioned by Hughes and McWhorter. I don't know specifically which articles he's referring to, but these are two I found:
    Coleman Hughes: www.city-journal.org/reflections-on-race-riots-and-police
    John McWhorter: time.com/4404987/police-violence/
Both of them have lots of good work out there on this subject. Hughes is a Biden-supporting liberal; I would consider McWhorter a moderate.
    Have a great week!

One of the biggest underlying features of "social justice" is that it is also called outrage culture and they all exhibit the same behaviors as drug addicts. I think it's important not to listen too closely to them for any reason because the paranoia and outbursts are way too similar to that of meth addicts. Even though the religious aspects cannot be understated, it's far more complex than that. For instance, the patriarchal aspects of the outrage culture and their hatred of it, which does touch on Christianity due to the Abrahamic traditions, democracies are developed by matriarchies, which is why the United States modeled their democracy from the Five Nations. The Cherokee for sure are matrilineal. Patriarchies develop monarchies, but this is generally based upon economics. Patriarchies are generally agricultural societies and matriarchies are generally hunter-gatherer societies. If you look at American culture, it is driving little by little toward a more matriarchal society, without outrage culture and feminism. Raising awareness and educating a better system is the best first step, but the politics are greatly misunderstood. In the Indian Nations that are matrilineal and matriarchal see democracy as a service, whereas the colonials saw it as a way for all of them to have power, so divisions sprang up immediately due to differences in opinion. Matriarchal societies are community based, whereas patriarchal societies tend to be more isolated and individualistic in nature. As long as we keep choosing one political party or another, we continue the division in the country and the various cultures within it. There are other problems, like i stated, the religious cannot be understated and unfortunately, the Christian community has indulged in the outrage community at times, even though Christ says to let he who is without sin to cast the first stone.

I am so grateful that Pastor Voddie Baucham didn’t just run with his ability to preach, but he pursued knowledge and now has so much to bless us with. I fear that is the problem with some of these mega church pastors. They get an opportunity to preach, and they get the attention and the accolades, and they run with it without ever getting educated. They’re glorified, motivational speakers. Unfortunately, some people are planning their salvation and their eternity based on the malnourished messages that they are receiving. It’s very sad! packrat76 I think it’s quite obvious that not everyone has the same freedoms or justice. This man says in many of his talks that yes, there is evidence of systemic racism and systemic injustice issues ... but that black people in America have it better than anywhere in the world. That may be true, I don’t personally know, however, even if it is true, there’s no but...we can do better, we should do better. He’s saying that white people are being asked to pay penance for being white. No one has asked me to say I’m sorry for being white. No one had asked me to apologize for the privilege my skin color allows me in this world. No one. All I’ve ever been asked is could I possibly, maybe use the voice and platform already freely given to me to stick up someone that doesn’t have the same. How is that against any biblical doctrine? It’s exactly in line with Jesus Christ’s teachings. So, if you disagree with the idea of not only believing that ALL people are deserving of the same freedoms and justice but also speaking out for it when you see that it’s not happening then who is really the one going against Christ’s teachings?

Dr Baucham is a such a beautiful and faithful gift from God to the church. His sermon on racism and unity already purchased through the death of Christ from Ephesians 2 is absolutely essential!
Imagine my heartbreak when it was not received with the joy that I received it with, when I shared it with some woke church brothers. I can't even repeat some of the things they said to me, about me and about Dr Baucham without even watching or listening to the sermon. Just dismissed. Such a powerful and beautiful accomplishment entirely completed in Christ, if only we would walk in it as a church.
Keep preaching brother. Contrary to the unfounded rejections by the woke church, I have found the sermons on the subject of unity in the church to have actually provoked me to work harder to clean up my own side of the street and continually seek unity.
God's word is MORE THAN SUFFICIENT!

I had never heard of Voddie Baucham until a few weeks ago and until today had never heard of Allie Beth Stuckey. I will admit, I am not super well read on critical theory and social justice theology. These current events/terms being defined from a Christian world view has been gold for me. Thank the Lord for Dr. Baucham. "Stumbling" onto voices that are new to me, but that are seasoned and trustworthy, brings a settling to my soul as I become more educated and confident when discussing these issues with my younger Christian brothers and sisters who are drinking the kool-aid. So for now I guess not being able to work because of the covid has brought SOME good.

One of your best episodes, thanks for bringing Mr. Baucham on. I recently listened to an episode of Michael Brown’s Line of Fire radio show from 6/23/2020 titled A Multiracial Discussion on Christian Unity and Justice. In it, pastor Baucham’s arguments came up and the black pastor denounced him as non-representative and claimed that he is thought of as “a pariah” by his fellow black Christians. I say that is not just horribly disgusting, but also contributes to the fragility of his position. To think that Mr. Baucham is to be totally ignored just shows that there is a deep rot in that man’s world view. His argument was clearly a simple “no true Scotsman” fallacy, I’m deeply discouraged to hear that man consider it a valid way to discount Mr. Baucham, and discouraged about our ability to communicate with each other.

@@bettysink3615 Yes. God repeats over and over, in the Book of Psalms particularly, to "KEEP," His Testimonies.
I think the words Testimony, Testimonies, and Testify are found in Psalm 119 over 30 times; In one Psalm!
What I'm saying is: Testimonies are FAR MORE important than we give credit for.
Revelation 12:11, "... and by the Word of their testimony..."

It’s scary, it’s mind blowing and I just can’t believe I’m living through it. But now after seeing this I’m better equipped to speak up and speak out against these lies!

Thanks for this interview. I have followed Dr. Baucham for years as a parenting mentor, and recently listened to his sermons on social justice and critical theory. Listening to an interview puts things in a easily understandable package. A great reminder that our only reconciliation has already been done at the Cross! So grateful-sometimes I feel "crazy" in this cultural moment-this gives me a solid place to land.

That was thought-provoking. I'm in a pretty liberal graduate program, and we often discuss things like social justice and race in class. Being a Christian, I believe in the importance of what the scriptures teach about justice towards the poor, orphans, widows, foreigners, and about racial reconciliation found in Christ, so there's a sense in which I was in agreement with my classmates and professors. But there's also a sense in which we're not quite on the same page, and while I can't always put my finger on it, something feels off about their ideas. Voddie's explanations were helpful for me in being able to start identifying some of the problems in their world view that I was intuitively picking up on but not quite able to lay out clearly in words. For many of my classmates and the agenda that the professors try to push, everything is about race, looked through the lens of race, and social justice is, in a sense, their religion. I'm still continuing to learn more about the nuances in how we can be Christians who do justice and love mercy but in a truth-oriented and Biblical way; this dialogue was a good step towards that. Thank you for sharing it!
"We need to make sure that we are fighting demons and not chasing ghosts."
"6 Therefore, as you have received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in Him, 7 having been firmly rooted and now being built up in Him and established in your faith, just as you were instructed, and overflowing with gratitude. 8 See to it that there is no one who takes you captive through philosophy and empty deception in accordance with human tradition, in accordance with the elementary principles of the world, rather than in accordance with Christ. 9 For in Him all the fullness of Deity dwells in bodily form, 10 and in Him you have been made complete, and He is the head over every ruler and authority;" (Colossians 2:6-10)

I'm glad we have Voddie Baucham as an ally defending the truth.
Welcome to the fight. It's been going on since the late 18th Century. The Catholic Church released a field manual for identifying and combatting the enemy (modernism) in 1907: Pascendi Domenici Gregis - Pope Saint Pius X. It's a must read for all Christians living in the United States (and all of the West) today.
