  • Have you ever tried to change your habits and failed to do so? This student believes in the theory of the Aggregation of Marginal Gains. Let him explain how a decision by the British Cycling team to incorporate tiny changes can be the basis for massive results in our own lives. Making a significant change begins with a single step. Niklas focuses his talk on the everyday decisions one makes and how they can be utilised to make life changing choices. Currently, Niklas is a S6 student attending the European School Rhein Main, and he aspires to one day make significant changes to the educational system. If you find yourself putting off important tasks until tomorrow, come out and see Niklas’ talk. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at www.ted.com/tedx
