I love the fact that you kept getting up every time you fail. I stopped exercising months and and decided to do a 30 minutes jump rope challenge for 30 days. Today is day 23 and i havent done my workout for today but im definitely about to do it now. I started at 193 pounds an people are now asking me what I've been doing to lose weight. That's the only motivation I need to continue.

@@subjectofmymindwhat?? Y'all use Matts to jump on?? Why?? I'm 22 and I jump rope on cement, nothing bad happened, like knee pain, but yeah only my calves hurts quite a bit..
@@xiaoji06 yeah there's special thicker mats for jump roping they also help to preserve the rope that way they don't wear out quickly. I just bought one, and I do feel a difference when hitting the ground.
I completely understand the multiple attempts at the jumprope challenge! I’m about to be on my 3rd or 4th attempt. Congratulations! And I learned to ride my bike late too 😂
Just for over a month and only temporarily lol and only for 10 minutes! Put some music on and it goes by super fast. Im currently only doing 15 minutes for 2-3 days

I’m 25 when I was around 16 I was jumping rope on concrete and my knees still hurt today. Wish I bought a Matt also
