My father died 13 months to the day of my Brother’s tragic death from a heart arrhythmia in his sleep. Mom and I always felt he died from a broken heart of losing his only son. It destroyed my family. I had survivors guilt and in my grief begged God to take my life and bring my brother back! I spent my early 20’s in and out of mental health facilities trying to work thru my trauma/grief/depression issues to try and salvage my life. I can’t imagine having ppl harass my parents for 9 years saying my brother never existed and we were “crisis actors.”

I didn’t think there could be anything worse than losing your six-year-old child. And then I found out: losing your six-year-old and getting death threats about it because people accuse you of faking it. Yeah, that’s worse. Damn. LOL state law in Texas is 750k per plaintiff max. so maybe 5 million. So yeah, it will get reduced on appeal due to such an out of the box ruling by the judge. Who knows it may get tossed out due judge trying to grandstand.

Jones is not sorry at all. He didnt apologize . He was arrogant , and didnt even show up for the last day of court. During the trial, he maligned the court , the judge, the JURY , the parents, on his show just this week. He needs to go to prison and I hope this sets an example to all these other people.
