A blend of herbs that'll provide a strong healthy heart, balanced cholesterol levels, improved hearing and vision, healthy erectile function in men, restful sleep, warm hands and feet, and many more things. It's a fairly standard mixture of easily found items, but their FAQ warns that "The proportion, balance and quality of herbs is crucial", so you'd better buy their version instead of just picking up the constituent ingredients yourself. Curiously, they have a page named "clinical studies", yet there are no studies listed. All they have is a collection of pictures of doctors of naturopathy. Note to the manufacturers: taking photos of "doctors" is not a clinical study.

      He was deemed guilty during the judges opening statements which is completely unconstitutional. I keep hearing people either say "he was already trialed before this " but no one can provide a source, or ..... he was automatically guilty for not complying with discovery. I looked into it and many bad things can happen to someone who doesn't cooperate with discovery but being deemed automatically guilty of the accusations they are on trial for isn't one of them.

      The trial is a 100% legit.
      The educational part is showing future lawyers how hard it is to defend someone like Jones who has essentially abandoned the concept of truth.
      Hopefully this will lead to a whole slew of lawsuits against slanderous and morally debased conspiracy nutjobs.

      Actually admitting it into evidence was partially something to help any following procedures, like Mr Jones appeals. It's public, her own oath involves disregarding it (thus her laughing), and in a jury trial would have been a much more serious matter. In effect what Jones & his producers did would be considered trying to influence a decision via outside means.
      Edited to acknowledge that this seems to be a trial by jury, not a bench trial which was otherwise implied.
