I have been taking kachava for few months and its amazing, makes me feel great i have more energy also my skin looks awesome..👌
@rafanek thank you for your comment! Glad to hear you are doing well!
It is a bit expensive but we all know you get what you pay for. When they came out with Chai, I was pretty stoked because I get a milkshake for breakfast everyday..
@@snuglife599 I tried all the flavors and my favorite is coconut acai..
Same my favorite 😊

Right up front, no AI here. I've used Ka'Chava for the past year. Its great by itself or blending fruits, veggies, honey etc with it. I don't get hungry, and if I do then its helped to make healthier snacking choices so its also helped to create better habits. I look and feel better, my ski is clearer and my energy is good throughout the day. One of the reasons I decided to buy it was I needed more energy on the last 4 holes or so of my golf game. It has also helped with the same after workouts. When it helped me do that I signed up for a subscription & haven't looked back. U can't put a price on your health. Regarding your review, its not really a review until U buy it and try it. Its an excellent product & I recommended it.
I found it very filling kept me full for 4 to 5 hours
I think I'll try kachava, but more so as a supplement, not a 'meal replacement.' appreciate the review!!
So appreciate your clear delivery, breakdown, and honesty pertaining to the subject!
I was considering trying this and wanted to see what people were saying. Your thoughts really helped me decide to skip this product. I really just need the protein anyway so I'll buy that and make my own shakes. Thanks!
I agree with you. I was ready to buy this, but s I’ve learned with many, many of these products, it’s never what it says it is. And, usually, I don’t mind a product being expensive, as it is, but it has to do what it says it’s going to do. But, I didn’t know that you will need “TWO” bags a month.
Thank you very much for breaking down & presenting the facts on this product. Gave me a much better perspective of it and helps me make a more informed choice. Thank you again, very much appreciated.
I was just about to buy this on Amazon, and now thanks to your review I'll be able to make a more informed decision.
Thanks for the review. I just started drinking this. I've been eating sugary cereal for breakfast all my life and this is my attempt to get away from that junk. It's definitely not a meal replacement. By 10am I am starved and can't make it until lunch time to eat something. And, for some reason it gives me stomach pain. I found out if I eat something with it the pain is not as bad. I'll use it for a couple of months and decide if I want to continue or not. It is rather expensive. The other thing good about using this is that it's mixed with 17oz of water first thing in the morning and I'm pretty hydrated.
Thank you! I was trying to figure out if I wanted to buy this or not. I appreciate your reveiw.
I have been using Ka'Chava for a few months and also eating the keto food bars. I must say I have really enjoyed how convenient it is. Before, I wasn't really eating breakfast or if I was it was a lot of carbs or doughnuts. Ka'Chava has helped me lose weight. I do like the taste of the shakes and food bars. I drink the shake in the morning and it only take a few minutes to prepare and wash the blender. Sometimes I am able to skip lunch and eat dinner. However, whatever I do it's allowed me to cut way down on my carb intake and enabled me to lose around 20 pounds in 2 months. I have used it for weight loss, another person could use it to gain muscle. Anyway, I wanted to throw in my 2 cents and say that I really like the product.
@jvjames Thank you for your comment! You have to find what works for you and it looks like you have which is awesome. My goal with the reviews is to give a critical review of the product so that people have some food for thought - the marketing of a product will sell you on all the wonderful things about it. I think you need the good and bad to make a decision. At the end of the day, I'm also just throwing in my 2 cents on each product!! :D
Any product that alters my poor choices while traveling is quite frankly a winner. Anything but fast food and junk food is a product that will help me. Lots of people hated Shakeology by Beach Body but I lost 41 lbs just by not eating the aforementioned. I'm 59 and very set in my ways. My doctor bills are steep and so are my meds so I don't feel like it's throwing money away. Good, honest review.
Idk how I feel about your review but what I can say is I tried kachava and I’ve notice a big difference in weight lost energy meal replacement after a workout vanilla flavor is amazing add some other fruits to it to bring that 250 calories up feel great taste great
Wait a minute youve notice a weight lost? Energy? Can you refrase that one more time i actually bought this to improve my streinght and workout performance and gain muscle not to loose weight and lack energy oh hell no
Hello. It's a misunderstood comment because of a run on sentence.
"...I've noticed a big difference in weight loss and an increase in energy."
It should've read something like that, for the sake of clarity. Hope this helps!😊
I love mine too
@@jesusramirez2295 I use kachava as part of my bodybuilding regimen by adding peanuts and creatine to my shake. Drinking one for breakfast AND postworkout to gain weight.
Thank you SO VERY MUCH for your educated review. I was on the fence to get this product. But ur educated review let me know if I needed this or not. 🙏
Thanks!! I always thought kachava was a somewhat bogus and over priced product especially when compared to other protein powders out there. I don’t think it is a bad product, just overpriced and a bit falsely marketed. $120 for one month supply!!!😳
Not just a protein powder, it’s a full meal replacement. Pricey yes it is but if your goal of to lose weight and get a-lot of natural ingredients, it’s a great option. Plus you can get the product cheaper electing for renewal of the product and push out the next shipment as long as you want. Not saying other options aren’t as good because I haven’t found them, but $59.99 isn’t bad at all to me
Or just go try buying all of those superfoods individually and let me know what THAT cost. Just curious if it's more than $120 for one month's worth.

Thank you for making this video!
Another excellent video. Thank you very much for providing us with quality and unbiased information. Hope to see a video about really effective supplements for insomnia.
Great video I take this as a snack so to speak not as a meal replacement thanks for the information.
Thank you for the review, but for people like me that are always on the run or from one plane to another or from one meeting to another, it has helped me a lot. The taste is not bad, unlike other protein shakes that taste is no good. As a meal replacement, probable not. But at night when you want something light, it comes handy.
I have been looking for a real analysis of this shake for ever. Now I found it. Thank you tons. I have subscribed to your channel. Don't know what else you have to discuss but I will find out when I tune in on another day.
Really, Thanks ☺️🍀🌱🌷
Glad you found the Information helpful!! Feel free to make suggestions on videos I should do! 😁
Thank you for your review. I thought it was expensive for 15 servings.
Loved youe approach to conducting your review!
Hi there. I love this protein shake. I add kale, spinach, berries, and various liquids. It’s a great way for me to get extra vegetables and the protein as I am vegan. This is not causation but I will say that since starting this and adding vegetables my cholesterol is now normal and my A1C is normal. The coconut açaí is really good if you want to add berries. It’s amazing. I do still take my multivitamin and vitamin D, omega etc. if you have the money go for it. If you don’t, get pea protein from another cheaper brand and add vegetables and fruit! ❤
@Michael-ej3th that's awesome! I'm glad you found something that could compliment your routine! Thank you for your comment!
Make sure you're not getting too much oxolates from raw fruits and veggies, and unsoaked nuts. Weston Price foundation has good info on how to properly prepare food so our bodies can break it down. Kale and other raw greens, berries and unsoaked nuts are notorious for eventually causing kidney stones from the high oxalate content.
This is what I will be doing. I will add this to my morning smoothie. I will get vanilla so that it doesn’t compete with the flavor too much. I will also add some l.gasseri and l. Reuteri yogurt along with chia seeds. Great for the new year!🎉
Thanks very helpful, informative and above all truthful.
Excellent review, fast right to point no nonsense
Hi! I could tell you are very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of perspective about products like this.
I have recently been massively improving my diet and have been looking at products like Ka’Chava, Ritual Multivitamins, and AG1 to help as a backup plan if I miss anything in my meal plan.
Seeing this video has made me want to take a step back and ask you a question. Do you know where I can find resources or more information about finding out my bodies nutritional needs?
I want to construct a plan so that I eventually only need these supplements as a emergency but I don’t know where to start on my health journey. Any help is appreciated thank you 🙏
I tried this and I actually felt full for most of the morning. Contrast that with trying to eat something or take a self made protein shake. I think it is a good product and I generally felt better taking it. I tried Huel and it was also good but much like its reviews said, I felt hungry within an hour of ingesting it. I did not feel the food craving with Kchava and maybe because I am generally busier in the morning but It did feel like a quality product. The taste and fixability was good as well. I also saw several other videos of people who were much more active than me and they felt they weren't getting enough nutrients. I am below moderately active in my opinion and it worked fine for me. Although I am on the shorter side and dont have a lot of strenuous activity during the day. So I think it depends on your body type and how you normally would get your intake. I really like how you pointed out some of the decencies and I think I saw it before but this was a helpful reminder. I just couldn't get over the cost of the product and felt if they lowered the price it would bring more people in. Of course that is just based on how I felt about it, others may feel differently. Thank you for you effort on this one!
I love this product because I tend to go without eating during the day due to my busy schedule. In addition it is a meal replacement when you add ingredients to the blend. It makes me feel great and my skin is awesome, and I am losing healthy weight. Last, where they source their products is huge to me, and they give back. So, regardless of this terrible review you’re giving, it is an amazing product.
@mistyashworth426 Thank you for your comment! I am glad you found something that is having such a positive impact on your health!
Everyone in the world, NO MATTER what their schedule, has 5-10 minutes to eat. Stop making excuses. It's so ridiculous when people says things like that.

Thank you for a clear review of what exactly is Kachava!
Glad you found it helpful! 😀
Great review I've tried Super beets and AG1 and did not notice any difference in my life at all. I wish I would have gotten the results that these products claim. I think if these products were as good as people say they are everyone would be on it. I'm glad I saw this review Thanks.
I just purchased 3 bags. After hearing you talk on this, my idea is that I will drink Kachava not as a meal replacement but as a supplement and I will alter between days with a wheat grass smoothy and it will not cost me as much. I grow my own wheat grass and use my Vita-mix to make a smoothie. What are your thoughts on that?
Pros & Cons, dosing, preparation/processing. Good info and true finding: it's marketed as a meal replacement, which it is not... it's basically a liquid snack, so if you like $4 liquid snacks... it might be a better option than a frappé at Starbucks.
A four dollar liquid snack?? Funny. I think it’s a great replacement for breakfast where most people consume, sugars, fats and bad carbs. Meal replacement is a subjective term. I say most Americans would do really well having Kachava first thing in the morning, then a more full-bodied lunch, ending with a sensible dinner. That alone will make anyone lean out and get a ton of ingredients they wouldn’t get on a consistent basis.
At 400 MG of sodium per serving. That doesn't sound like a healthy breakfast - just good marketing. @@JAYBLAK00
Thank you. You are awesome.
I’m curious of your recommendation of another shake ..I have been using it for a couple months now and do enjoy it. I’m curious if you have a alternate suggestion that also has a good vanilla taste, but is more true to the ingredients that you talked about in this video. Probiotic wise and other. And one that ingredients are sourced well for health
Thank you much. 😊
Took it for the first time yesterday (just one scoop, not recommended two) and this morning (same amount). For the first time in my life I have peripheral cyanosis in my feet unrelated to environmental factors such as cold temp. Caused by ka'chava? Unknown, but I am not eating any again pending the cyanosis clearing.
Very helpful. What shake do you prefer?
I love Ka'Chava. It keeps me full for about 5hrs. I blend it with a banana, oatmeal, and powdered seamoss. It helps me poop at least twice a day, I'm down 5lbs so far, and it keeps me full. Sometimes, it's all I have for the day.
Really I’m about to order this
I’m going to have to try this with oatmeal !
How soon did you lose the 5 lbs. I have 2 bags of chocolate.

Many nutritionalists posting the donside of meal replacement drinks miss one fact that there might be people who might be seeking as occasional quick replacement for missed meals and then snacking on icecreams, cookies, etc.
Like I eat whole foods and self cooked food with nuts every day and trying to loose weight.
But due to my profession(software Dev) there are days when I can't even move from my chair and sometimes don't have the grocessries at home. And those days can extend to multiple days at times.
During those time I seek such a meal replacement options that do not given me insuline spike and run my hard work at the gym of the previous weeks. Additionally fuel me to keep up with work and an unanticipated quick visit to the gym in between busy schedules.
Writing it here since you seemed genuine reviewer.
Thank you for your comment! You’re absolutely right - the meal replacement can serve a lot of different purposes. How you are using it is great. I think the advertising sometimes sways people into thinking that they shouldn’t focus on whole food like you are. Marketing is very powerful and I’ve been tricked myself more than a few times!
I drink my kachava with almond milk and a lean protein bar with is, I think thats an ok breakfast before my workout
what is your opinion?
Not very active but wanted to try Kachava to see if i can lose a few pounds. Im 5'5" and 150 lbs. Tried it for 1 month so far. Havent lost anything and feel the same before I started. Will try 1 more month and see how it goes.
@maxinemurello242 Thank you for your comment! See how it goes. If that doesn't work, to start, I would try decreasing fructose intake (i.e. fruit smoothies), limiting simple carbohydrates, not drinking any calories, and then incorporating some zone 2 exercise 3 times a week (work up to at least 45 min sessions). I know you aren't very active but look up the metabolic benefits of zone 2 training and see what you think. Exercise alone isn't the most effective tool to loose weight but it comes with a whole bunch of other health benefits. Of course, clear all of this with your doctor first. The above isn't going to be fully personalized to you since I don't know anything about you but I hope my response is somewhat helpful!
@Grace...I agree! I too was considering.
Thank you for your video and information. I do have question to what think about these protein shakes or meal replacement shakes for those with IBS issues. Reason I ask is because sometimes after having a IBS issue you really don't want anything really heavy to upset your stomach/bowels. Hope that makes sense to you. Also I am wondering if you have or could you review a product from garden of life raw organic protein and greens formula and believe there is also one labeled raw organic meal replacement. Appreciate your time and feedback!
Jessica 😊🙏
@jessicagalvin363 Thank you for your comment! I'll add that to my list!
With IBS, it can be hard to predict what is going to set your bowel off. The issue with supplements is that the supplement makers don't have to rigorously report what they put in their supplements because supplements don't go through FDA approval. So it's possible that you read the label and everything looks good to you but once you try the product, you develop symptoms (from some unlabelled ingredient). If your IBS is very stable and you've had a lot of trouble in the past, I would limit the experimentation to be honest or at least keep it super simple. If the benefit to be gained from a product outweighs a possible flare up of your IBS then go ahead and try it. If I was going to try a new product then I would make sure that the week I try the supplement that I only eat the foods that my body agrees with - that way I don't need to wonder if it was the supplement or the meal that I had out that week for example. I would also do it during a week where things are more situationally stable - like not during a week of travel or a week where I have a work deadline. You should also ask your medical provider what they think since they know your situation the best. I hope this was sort of helpful!
I drink kachava in the morning for my intermittent fasting since it really isn't a meal. Its more of a really healthy protein shake.
But that's literally not how fasting works. Once you consume anything with calories, sugars, carbs etc your fast is broken and your body begins metabolizing it, which is why you're only supposed to drink water, black coffee, etc while in a fast. So if you're drinking it "for your intermittent fasting" then you're failing at it lol.
Agree with the previous reply. When you decide to break your fast, it should start with something like bone broth.
It’s actually really a meal, especially when adding a banana and or peanut better.
Hey this would be great to break your fast with but you aren’t actually intermittent fasting if you drink this. Nothing wrong with that. But if you’re doing an intermittent fast for certain health reasons, this shake is breaking that fast
Isn’t this fasting stuff a goop thing - a “socially acceptable” high society way of creating eating disorders?
Im a gastric cancer survivor, ive had a complete gastrectomy. Im looking for a product that will supplement meals . I always opt towards high protein products. Does the fiber content cause loose stools? Im at a loss with all the advertisers.
What if you add rice and sriracha hot sauce will it be a meal replacement now
So which vegan protein powder would you recommend ?
👍Thank you. 💝
I definitely agree it is pricey. I needed to mix it with milk or oat milk for better taste and more calories. I use it to supplement my diet. I am intestinally challenged! My leg colon removed and several feet of my small intestine.
Thank you for your comment! You are definitely going to have more nutrition challenges than the average person. Im glad to hear you’ve found something that works for you!
Good work.
I’ve been using it for seven months I like the taste it’s too expensive I can’t use anymore. Can anyone suggest something that isn’t as expensive and it’s good for you
I was diagnosed with lymphocytic esophagitis several years ago….dilations aren’t really helpful. This product along with Kate Farms, Soylent, and the like really help me get nutrition I otherwise would struggle with..I usually rotate the brands so that I have breaks from each one. I mix mine with Kiki milk, bananas, frozen fruit, etc to raise the calorie count in my smoothies 😊.
What's up with the 2 scoops?. I'm drinking AG1 Athletic Greens. That's only one scoop
Awesome thanks
I have just tried the chocolate and after drinking it feels like it leaves a waxy build up on the roof of my mouth. Has anyone else experienced this???
Do you have a product that you recommended instead?
I just ordered two bags of this and I am really excited about it. I plan on adding some fresh berries, banana, kale and coconut cream to flesh it out. At least Ill see what works and tastes good with it.
Also, if you calculate what daily breakfast costs to make this really isn't that much. I can spend about 15 dollars each am buying a healthy breakfast at the local PCC for my son and I which is about a 100$ per week. Seems like a good option to me.
Thanks for your perspective.
@brookestarly5290 Thank you for your comment! The main issue that I have with the product is that it's marketed as a meal replacement when it really isn't. If someone listens to the marketing and then takes the drink the way that it is recommended, they likely won't feel full - this results in them thinking that something is wrong with themselves rather than seeing the product for what it is. You're excited about trying the product and you'll be adding to it so I don't think you need to go spend your money on another product!
I like honest review
What do you suggest for another Alternative shake I can try with a chocolate taste
@fisouth78 I don't have any suggestions unfortunately! I haven't tried enough shakes!
Thank you for this review. I already eat two apples and a handful of almonds many days a week as a snack.😂
Are you still using Ka'Chava? Great video from Arizona
I just purchased all 5 flavors I can’t wait to try the mocha kind I already had the vanilla and chocolate already and was pleased it beats me cooking or choosing an unhealthy choice in the AM or even through out the day yes it was expensive it’s was 259 for all 5 but everything is expensive so you really can’t hid from the cost 😂
Great review, in this day in age these types of replacements are beneficial to the masses if used in moderation however, we should not be mislead by this awkward marketing! A twinkie could be fortified to be a multi-vitamin, KaChava specifically is a bit too pricey for not backing their marketing statements. I do still want to try it out for it's protein blend, I wanted something soyfree to use in tandem with soylent.
What about counting micronutrient and not calories?
Great objective review
@mrsmc2612 Thank you! I'm glad you liked it!
Sorry I had to quit drinking Kachava. Well I am 6’1 weighed 135 for over 10 years prior to that I was always under 120 in college. I am also a pure vegetarian eat no meats, nor processed foods and I am also a dietitian. So my diet was fine until I saw weight gain with Kachava. When I quit the Kachava I lost 7 lbs. so I was not drinking it to loose weight I was drinking because of the good stuff in it but it packed on weight not only for me but my sister in law as well

That's awesome - are you mixing it with anything or just drinking alone?

Hi, I wonder if this protein shake could make my GERD symptoms worse?
It could but the only way to know for sure is to try it!
I imagine you have similar thoughts on Huel? Fairly similar in concept with quite different construction
@jacoblucas1408 Thank you for your comment! I haven't heard of Huel. I will have to check it out! The main issue that I have with the product is that it's marketed as a meal replacement when it really isn't. If someone listens to the marketing and then takes the drink the way that it is recommended, they likely won't feel full - this results in them thinking that something is wrong with themselves rather than seeing the product for what it is. I don't have a problem with meal replacements inherently - there are different seasons in life where you may not be able to eat whole food to meet your needs. I think we all just need to strive towards trying to make sure that we do the best we can with our diets. Also, I don't like it when claims are out of proportion or misleading especially if these things make the consumer feel unnecessarily bad about themselves.
Huel is a meal replacement at 40g of protein and 400 cals/ serving. It tastes terrible and I'm not picky at all ( I usually think most protein shakes are pretty good). It keeps my spouse full for about 4 hours and it keeps me from waking up hungry when I take it at night after dinner( I am pregnant and when I eat dinner alone though balanced I wake up hungry and nauseous).
Wait... I thought you tried it. Wha??? I've been taking this for some time now and I think it's great. It makes me feel great, it tastes great and there are other channels that have people actually try it over a period of time and the reviews are pretty good. I got my friend on it and she loves it as well. Even if you're not trying to replace a meal, it is still a great healthy shake you can have daily, or if you're dieting, you can have as a nice dessert shake.
I mix a scoop on almond milk or coffee add it to
my breakfast routine,,best part is I get it for free at my local food pantry since I can't afford it
I loved it right up until 2 weeks in I felt like I had diarrhea but I couldn't go. That was fun. Stopped the ka'chava and a day later I was totally back to normal. I'm going to try some competitors though and hopefully I'll find one that I like (and it likes me haha). Just ordered some LyfeFuel because I'm seeing good things about that. Then I'll probably try Huel.
Very fair lol. I'm putting together a review on Huel right now! I would say the taste of some of their products - like the hot and savoury - did not jive with me. The drink mixes weren't bad and I thought they mixed well. I haven't heard of LyfeFuel though. Send me an update to tell me if LyfeFuel ends up working out for you! Just looking at their site - are you going to try the 21 day transformation?
@@TawnyaHansenMDMSc oh nice. I'll check back for your review of Huel. I've definitely heard mixed things, but the convenience of an easy & healthy breakfast and lunch really appeals to me because this two meals always feel like a chore for me. Did your order come in??
@@TawnyaHansenMDMSc believe it or not, it hasn't. They had a supply chain issue so my order was delayed (supposed to go out this week). Not a good start.
Are there any other products like this that are more affordable and nutritional?
@vibrantstar2879 Unfortunately, I don't have any recommendations at the moment! For myself, I try and tweak my diet to make sure that I'm getting a wide enough variation of foods over a 1-2 week time span.
Been taking Ka’chava for protein and multivitamin, but you say people in industrial countries shouldn’t need a multivitamin. Can you elaborate on that? Thanks.
If you have a nutrient dense diet, you don’t have to get every vitamin and mineral everyday. Your diet over a 1-2 week period should be sufficient to give you everything you need. It’s an assumption that most people in industrialized societies would have access to high quality food (which isn’t always the case unfortunately) in comparison to those that are in developing countries. Also, multivitamins are not the best source of vitamins to target specific health concerns. For example, I take specific magnesium supplements for different health benefits - there’s no way a multi vitamin can replicate what I’m trying to achieve so I don’t find them helpful. Better to have specific health targets and then use the research data to guide dosing of specific supplements. I hope that’s helpful! If you want to see what I mean about the magnesium thing, here’s a link to a video I just did: ruclips.net/video/mv0aOPnWno4/видео.htmlsi=lvl1Z3mbMAGg4JjY
@@TawnyaHansenMDMSc I k is what you’re saying. I take magnesium taurate and B2 for migraines and vitamin C to ward off cold and for energy. I take pre and probiotics to help with IBS. I have a protein deficiency so kachava is a quick way to get protein and vitamins in the morning rush and it does seem to give me energy but the cost is way too much. About $140 a month! Thanks for the info and link.
Still not bad. If you go to the Smoothie shop it's $225 minimum if you get one daily. But this Kachava has way more goods in it. Plus it cost to live a Healthy Life.
What meal replacement do you suggest for weight lost?
@vanessa8747 thank you for your question! My general approach to weight loss is not to drink any calories. For example, It’s much easier to drink an 800 calorie smoothie (and not feel satisfied) than it is to eat 800 calories (chicken breast, veggies, etc). So unfortunately I don’t have any specific product recommendations for you.
It's not just a protein shake if there's more in it than protein. Also, if multivitamins aren't needed why do doctors prescribe multivitamin? Lastly, They do advise not to use this supplement in place of a balanced diet. So they kept it honest there.
Some physicians might think that a multivitamin is helpful for their patients. When it comes to a targeted benefit - magnesium for migraines, iron content for iron deficiency, etc - the multivitamin is not going to have the right amount of magnesium to give you a benefit for migraines. Also, companies can use forms of vitamins that are poorly bioavailable so someone might not be getting the boost of minerals and vitamins that they think they are getting (i.e. magnesium oxide - 4% bioavailability). Lastly, cellular processes are not going to shut down if you don't take a small amount of all vitamins and minerals each day. The intake of vitamins and minerals over a 1-2 week period is more important for maintaining levels of vitamins and minerals. From my view, if you are taking a supplement, it should be targeted to a defined health endpoint (right type of supplement, right dose, and right condition) that is relevant to your specific situation and if the outcome can be measured then it should be to see if the supplement is working. As for advising to use their supplement in place of a balanced diet - I am not sure if its honesty or if the FDA would fine them for telling people to replace their healthy diets with this product.
sprinkles of dry stuff isn't gonna do much for ya vs real whole food... and real whole foods will make you feel more fuller and is less expensive..
For $120 a month, trust me people, you can make a much better shake. It may not have the same ingredients , but you can actually make one that has more beneficial vitamins in it. Most people lack in vitamins, and this product does not provide no where near enough.
The point in having a doctor review something is to add information that we couldn’t figure out on our own. I would have really appreciated a GI sample testing before and after a month of using it… instead of whatever this waste of time was.
I would never risk paying $60+ to try even if risk free, Id rather spend $10 just to try 2-3 drinks of it. Its not worth my time of making a return or emailing customer service if I dont like it.
So I am a bariatric patient would this be a meal replacement for me?
@satjosh1 thank you for your comment. I would seek out a dietician or follow up with your bariatric clinic. Your anatomy and the vitamin deficiencies you are at risk of are a lot different than the average person. I would just want to make sure that your vitamin levels are optimized so that your nutrition plan can be personalized.
I love Kachava, it does not do everything it claims....but it's better than eating breakfast at McDonald's...
Why She so negative towards this product. That is good stuff
I like it because it keeps me focused on eating healthy.., tried all the flavors , think my favorite is the coconut acai.. or chocolate.
For the align mention, I heard it’s better to have many billions of probiotics in a probiotic supplement and that one billion (per serving) isn’t very sufficient?
Unfortunately, the 50 billion units and the "more is more" is largely a function of marketing. In general 1-2 billion units is fine. One thing you could do to separate out marketing from science is to look up the studies on the product. For example, if a product has an original version with 1 billion units and they have an "enhanced" version with 25 billion units but you can only really find research studies that used the 1 billion - then you know the 25 billion unit formula is probably just a way to get you to pay more money for a "premium product".
@@TawnyaHansenMDMSc I got my info from this video (but I’m not saying you’re wrong either fyi): “Product Review: Olly Multi +Probiotic - Inside Herbs”
I’ll check this out! Thanks for sharing the info!
I am returning this Product. I had an Allergic Reaction from one Drink
My husband purchased this without any discussion and it just arrived in the mail. So, naturally, I needed to start researching this product. (He never researches) Sounds like an over priced protein shake to me 🤦🏼♀️ We already have protein shakes in the house so no clue why he felt the need to order this one other than their advertising
dang i’m so glad i’m not married and got someone at home policing everything i buy 😂 that sounds TERRIBLE
@@cubanadelrey I don’t police everything he buys 🤣🤣 We have 4 other protein shakes here. 🤣 I figured this MUST be something good so I researched. Not so much 👎🏼🤦🏼♀️
I think the mistake that a lot of people tend to make is simply looking at calories vs how the food is structured. This is also actually fairly high in carbs. The Chocolate, for example, is 25 total carbs, 16 net carbs, 7 sugars 6 added. I was really surprised to find that the Chai and Matcha were actually higher (17 net carbs) than the chocolate or vanilla.
In terms of overall nutrition, it's not horrible, and definitely falls into the "lesser of two evils" category compared to a lot of foods. In terms of weight loss, unless you're actually using this as a meal replacement for at least one of your day's meals, you're probably not going to notice a major difference.
This is a great product with added peanut butter fruits, berries, banana
I do see the deception feature you speak of
