consistency is so so important. even if you feel like you're stuck, or you're just feeling sick of it, it's important to just keep going. do NOT cut!!!
the thing that helped me most was to get some high quality hairdresser scissors and do my microtrimms myself. And also cutting otut split ends regularly ❤ Also avocado oil is awsome.
True........ Recently I have been trimming my split ends daily which made my hair healthy without trimming hair ends 3..to 4 months interval. Now I could find 2...or 3 split ends.
I love you anna! you probs wont see this but I have been watching for a while now and your growth challenges and girl talks plus the hair masks have helped my wellbeing and my hair!!
I find that getting a trim everytime I start seeing split ends, it makes my hair look and feel way healthier. I go to the hair salon once a year, and ask 2 inches off and mid length layers, bc my hair is wavy/curly.
Such great tips! I always enjoy your videos :) That tresslog is such a brilliant idea for an app. I'm old and have a planner with a pen and highlighter currently to record all my wash days, hair stuff and feedback to keep track lol
you could be using too much protein • try nourishing and hydration shampoos and conditioners • don't over do protein masks; only do once a month • try using a leave in conditioner; wait for your hair to become damp, and only use a little. •braid your hair and if you can afford them, get silk pillow cases.
I'm just leaving this comment here because I'm literally miserable.. my hair has been shedding for 4 years now, every single blood test is normal be it vit. D, C, B, Zinc, Hormones and even U/S for PCOs came back negative.. I have no idea why is it shedding so much 😭 could it be the water? our source of water is a well + water pump stress? depression? (I do live in Libya where women have no rights + aren't allowed to wear what they want and kidnapping & raping women is a huge issue here so I basically spend my days in home 24/7 I only leave to college when I have an exam.. does anyone has any advices? my hair was so so so thick but now it's just embarrassing 😭
I feel like my hair tangles SO much, it’s making me insane 😅 I do try to have my hair in a braid/braids, but I do prefer my hair down. I think I look better like that 😅 Do you have any tips for this? Or do I just have to accept my hair tangles like a maniac, haha. I do also get my hair cut pretty often and my hair isn’t really damaged. Just a tangled mess, lol. I lost so much hair from stress this year, so now I have this fluff all the way around my hairline (Also on the back/neck area), that is finally growing back, but damn it’s taken a while 😣 I have no idea why it only happened all the way around my hairline and not anywhere else on my scalp. Also lost alot of my eyelashes and eyebrow hair. Stress is no joke!!
I totally forgot the video you almost just posted about detangling hair.. My tangles are just 10x worse 😣 I need to brush my hair several times throughout the day or it will be a giant knot by the end of the day. I wish I liked wearing my hair up more, but I absolutely hate wearing my hair up.
I totally understand!! When I was commuting to school on a daily basis my hair was a disaster. I also prefer to wear my hair down, so I’d wear it up while I was outside and then let it down inside, etc. I carried a small brush and my detanlger everywhere so I could detangle throuhout the day if I needed too. I would also finger detangle while sitting in class or on the subway if I felt like it was getting matted
Thank you! I love Amla oil, it’s one of my favourite oils for my hair. It’s just hard to find where I live so I look for oil treatments that have it as an ingredient, like the ByErim oil 🖤
Biotin and other hair vitamins only help if you’re lacking that vitamin in your diet. If you already get enough biotin through your diet it won’t make a difference
Hey Anna,Such an informative video and u look so pretty 🥺😍❤️.. I had a question, My hair used to be thick and beautiful..But now its not so thick, and i feel really underconfident...Any tips to regain my hair thickness?. Thank you ❤️❤️. Keep shining and stay blessed✨
Thank you! First you have to figure out what caused the thinning to begin with. It could be stress, hormonal changes, diet change/nutritional deficiency, medication, etc. Once you fix that issue your hair will grow back over time. It also normal for our hair to become thinner as we age
@@breannawhite4311 oh man! My hair was roughly this length when I graduated HS, but I had a "I'm a grownup now/new me" moment and cut it all off. I'm still mad about it lol but we've all been there at some point

Hey Anna I have completely damaged my hair using a drugstore hair dye.. it was a volume 15 but it was on my head for almost 2 hours.. and my hair is completely damaged and I am constantly getting split ends no matter how much I chop them off.. kindly help!
if any one has curly hair, can you please tell me when do you brush your hair? because most of my search would say it to brush it when its wet but it usually make my hair frizzy so please help me out
Maybe using leave in conditioner? One that focuses on moisturizing than protein treatments because protein molecules can build up in hair and make it feel rough. Something I heard another youtube mention before.
Using hydrating and moisturizing products and treatments help, and using oils to seal in the hydration can reduce frizz as well. Nutrition masks or oil treatments are great for controlling frizz too :)
@@OrganicallyAnna Omg! Thank you. I will buy a hydrating and moisturizing shampoo! Thanks. I will also try to use oil on my hair. And do hydrating hair masks.

Rice water helps to detangle my hair. Its more manageable. Also I prefer braid than buns. Buns causes a lot of breakage for me as my scalp is weak.

Hair goals for real
What is you workout everyday? Should I bother rinsing?
I'm trying everything for healthy hair but it's falling off so much
I'm scared if I have female pattern balding or alopecia 😭
you should see a doctor if you can

@@blackwing97 that's also a good tip :)
Use onion juice it blocks the hormones responsible for balding it worked for me
I just stopped drying my hair with a towel I get the water out by squeezing the water out with my hands and I comb my hair before I shower
You should try the turban towel. It's amazing and really do a difference!
I used growmax hair oil amazing results this hair oil is pure organic i bought this from Amazon.
Have you tried Love, Beauty, and Planet products? They're sold at the drugstore at a pretty reasonable price. Was curious if you had opinions on them
Love your hair videos you've helped my hair such a lot 😍
Your hair is beautiful 💖
Take care 🙂💕
Hi Anna, thanks for your tips. What do you think of putting baby oil (Johnson & Johnson) in hair?
I have thin hair problem, thanks for your tips.

What are your guys hair lengths? Mine is 19" right now!
How do measure hair length?
I am 5 feet 7 inches and my hair is till the middle of my butt.. But don't know how to measure it

Maybe look into trying olaplex and don't do much to your hair, limit washing, no heat, just let it heal
@@FallingSkywardz Thanks😊
@@aimanarif9411 also id look into curlsmith bond rehab treatment. kinda similar to olaplex. oh and if youre using olaplex, i suggest using #3

if any one has curly hair, can you please tell me when do you brush your hair? because most of my search would say it to brush it when its wet but it usually make my hair frizzy so please help me out
I wet it and then put a little bit of aloe vera gel before brushing it
Don’t brush it. I use a wide tooth comb if I really need to but mostly I’ll comb through with my fingers and work out any little knots.
I have wavy/curly hair. I normally just finger detangle it when I condition. Sometimes I comb it or brush it when it's dry, but not very often.
My hair gets dry in between washes. What should I do?
Maybe using leave in conditioner? One that focuses on moisturizing than protein treatments because protein molecules can build up in hair and make it feel rough. Something I heard another youtube mention before.
