Thank you for clearly stating that your wash cycle depends on your hair type. So many ppl try to pressure you to wash it once a week and then use pounds of dry shampoo, which is super contradicting! I tried washing mine twice a week and even once a week and it never worked out for me. I wash every other day and my hair has been getting healthier! :) Love your videos BTW
I would love to see a Ayurvedic hair care regimen , it would be super helpful to see it on your hair type since we have almost the same exact hair type . That is of course if you are comfortable with putting different ingredients on your hair it’s just an idea ☺️
I used to be a waste water treatment operator and I definitely had to wash it everyday. I would alternate between shampoo with conditioner then just conditioner or co wash. Sometimes I would make up a hair rinse with vinegar and herbs and just do that. Now I wash every other day be of scalp issues. Sometimes I can stretch it another day if I don’t have flare ups. Thanks for listening. 😂
something that helps me is using two different sets of shampoo and conditioner. One set is curl defining and the other set is for whatever my hair needs like damage repair or hydrating, something along those lines, plus a hair mask. My hair never felt healthier but now I'm stuck using two sets of curl defining shampoo and conditioner at home just to use it up and in the shower it doesn't feel great but my waves/curls are definitely more defined than before. I'm still using a hair mask and leave in treatments for my hair to see if it will get healthier, considering i dyed my hair in the beginning of the year
You’re honestly my inspiration to growing my hair out long again, my hair is currently tail bone length. My goal is classic length just like yours! I trust you more than anybody on caring for long hair ❤️😊😊 thankyou!
Hey Anna, can you do a video on oils? Sometimes I get confused in which one should I really use (low porosity hair here, I kinda feel I'm protein sensitive)
😍 Love this video! And generally your content 😍 would be awesome to see more 101s, from oiling your hair, humectants, self care etc. Please keep being your awesome self! X
For me, i love doing masks and oils on damp hair, but all the hair bloggers don't agree about this method , even some told me that wrong, but for me adding oils on dry hair makes my hair more drying, that thing was so frustrating for me, that someone tell me ''ohh this is wrong'' ,and i tried oiling on dry hair it was the worse thing ever. So my advice for everyone is to do what you like and search and look at your hair and see what it needs ;) and Anna you helped me so much, thanks alot babe ;)
I also add a mask/leave in on wet hair and before it dries I add oil because if I let it dry first the hydration has already left the hair shaft/isn’t going to work. As long as it works for you, you are doing great don’t listen to people who tell you other wise because, simply, they wouldn’t get it. Oil and water don’t mix, yeah, that is the point 😂😂😂 Seal the water into the cuticle, not mix in with the water and clog the cuticle ❤
Hi Anna. I have followed all your haircare tips. My hair before was very dry and very damaged. I switch my shampoo and conditioner and cooperated hair oil to my routine. My hair never been better! Thank you so much. And sorry for my english.
I really enjoy your hair videos 🙂💝 I found extending my washes to once a week and doing a mask has really helped my low porosity hair, also finding a good leave in helped a lot. Take care 🙂💕
Informative video, Anna❤. I have been following your hair care tips and routine for almost a year. My hair porosity is also low..medium type. Also I'm doing capillary schedule.. it has helped me a lot. My hair feels a lot better. Thank you Anna for doing such amazing videos. Your videos really helped me a lot❤❤❤
I just love your hair...My hair is totally dry damaged and has no volume in it... having hairfall ...also thin in crown area... What I can do for my hair? Please suggest
Thank you! Scalp treatments and scalp massage can help with the thinning and hair fall, but it's also important to determine exactly what is causing the hair fall. It could be hormonal, a nutritional deficiency, stress, weather change, harsh products, etc
Hi Anna! You may have already answered this somewhere but I’ve seen some of your vids and haven’t seen it yet. What “haircut” do you ask for? Like when you go in for seasonal trims? I have long THICK straight hair and want it to stay long but I am debating if I should do layers, and if so, how many/where.
Hey! For my long hair I would always ask for long layers in the back, and a slight U shaped hemline. I also get curtain bangs and I would ask for them to be blended in :) My hair isn't very thick so the layers and U shape helped to give me more body
Hey Anna could you please tell me which massage technique would be more useful for faster/better hair growth... The ayurvedic one or inversion method...? Thank u so much for doing these informative videos..❤️ I had my exams yesterday so i really couldn't be any earlier.. hopefully you can still reply 🙃 Also just wanted to quickly mention that i know growing hair takes lots of time i am just asking which one would be better to get the maximum growth... Lots of love 🥰❤️
Hi, I enjoy your videos and you inspire me to care for my hair. I have a question do you still use ghee on your hair if so how has it been did it help with dandruff and frizz? my hair is very frizzy can ghee help I have it in my pantry an I’m thinking about using it what do you suggest? My hair was so smooth, shiny, and silky when I was young 😢 I’m only sixteen.
Hi , I have another question today I buy organic scalp from blue beautifuly , and then they write on it I have to use 30 min on my hair and you said I can do it from 1 or 2 hours it that correct ? I'm sorry I ask a lot questions .
Don't apologize! It's your choice, I think 30 minutes is a good amount of time, but I like to leave scalp treatments on longer to let them really work into my roots :)
Should I do a hair protein mask my hair stretches a lot before breaking when I did the strand test. And also what porosity is that my hair is very frizzy too (I have never died my hair or put heat on my hair ever not even blow dryer). Thank you luv your wholesome videos.
I think a protein treatment can definitely help! It sounds like your hair might be high porosity, but it would be a good idea to do one of the porosity tests at home to find out
A video about highlighed hair needs. Because my hair has blonde when I use most hair masks the top of my hair is good. But ends are still brittle and dry.

Do sulphate free shampoos take out a lot of oil? For example, if I oil all my hair for a few hours and wash out with Shea moisture shampoo ( sulfatw free) will all the oil come out after 2 washes? Asking as it doesn’t foam up as much
I honestly feel like it depends on the shampoo. I normally don't have any issues removing oil with sulfate free shampoos, I just spend a little more time working the shampoo into my hair. Conditioner helps me to remove oil the most, I use a lot of conditioner and I spend a lot of time working it into my hair. I find it really helps to break down and remove oil
Taking care of it! There isn't really a method that will speed up growth beyond what's genetically possible for you. It's best to take care of it so you can retain your length as opposed to losing it to breakage 🖤
