The WestJet Team were sure good to my Husband & I in November. As my Husband has Leukemia, the team met us in Vancouver with a wheelchair, then onto a golf ride to US Customs, a good 15 minute walk from are arrival gate. He would never have made it without the team's help. The same help appeared in Maui & again 10 days later when we came back to Calgary. You made a good holiday Great. Thank You again.
My mother-in-law who is 90 and legally blind, flew from Calgary to Nanaimo, BC on December 9. A Westjetter took her from the check-in counter through security to the gate and took wonderful care of her with lots of TLC! My mother-in-law describes it as the "Queen Bee" treatment. Now this could be called a mini miracle except it is part of Westjet's normal service. Thank you, Westjet!

Bought a WestJet vacation package over the summer and the service provided by the WestJet team was truly AMAZING. I was so surprised by the warmth and kindness of the crew. This actually made me cry. I've been depressed as my daughter is in YQG this Christmas and I am here. I work at the Thunder Bay airport and watch on a daily basis the wonderful Westjet staff! Congratulations West Jet, my airline of choice. I volunteer year round for the Society of Saint Vincent de Paul. I get to feel the miracles of helping others throughout the year, but none so more as this year. My husband and I delivered a Christmas Hamper filled with toys and gift cards donated by my son's company Craft Beer Market. The staff donated their tips and bought and wrapped the gifts. The main delivery will be Dec. 21, but there were a few who needed things early. We met the most wonderful immigrant family. We stayed with them for over an hour, just hearing their story and feeling their love. When we said good bye, we received the best hugs ever and such a joy to us for meeting them. I do this work all the time, but I think feeling the West jet spirit made me pause and truly give of myself. Thank you West Jet. You are awesome.

in 2012 Westjet reacted to hardships my family encountered during one of their flights. I knew nothing of the company, I expected nothing from them. They owed us absolutely nothing. The reaction from Westjet was neither asked for or expected From the flight attendant- to the PILOT to the customer service reps on the phone....to the follow up afterwards....I have never come across a company like Westjet. They helped my family and I without being requested to. They didn't have to - and yet they all worked as a functional team to help us when we were down. I have- ever since and ongoing- will continually recommend Westjet's services. My Family of 6 will only ever use Westjet- We will only recommend Westjet. I wrote head office a letter with the details of my encounter and ""named names"of the employess I could recall... Seeing this video only confirms what I already know - Westjet is an incredible Company. Thank you Westjet - you have a lifelong customer in us. MERRY CHRISTMAS.

From the flight attendant- to the PILOT to the customer service reps on the phone....to the follow up afterwards....I have never come across a company like Westjet. They helped my family and I without being requested to. They didn't have to - and yet they all worked as a functional team to help us when we were down.
I have- ever since and ongoing- will continually recommend Westjet's services.
My Family of 6 will only ever use Westjet- We will only recommend Westjet.
I wrote head office a letter with the details of my encounter and ""named names"of the employess I could recall...
Seeing this video only confirms what I already know - Westjet is an incredible Company.
