- On December 9, 2015 we asked you to help us spread Christmas cheer and make 12,000 mini miracles happen in 24hrs. You sure delivered! We were overwhelmed by the response from everyone and after a heartwarming and humbling day, we surpassed our goal by a wide margin.

I love you Westjet !!! When my dad passed away you're flight attendants were very kind to me and my daughter, by paying for our meals on our flight home with my fathers ashes. It was truly appreciated. I will always fly with you as long as you are in business : This video brought tears to my eyes to see such wonderful christmas spirit. I wish other companies would do the same

Funny. Giving away soo much money when your company is holding massive amounts of tickets with refunds. Your a disgusting company that does these pathetic stunts to offset your real actions.
My mother-in-law who is 90 and legally blind, flew from Calgary to Nanaimo, BC on December 9. A Westjetter took her from the check-in counter through security to the gate and took wonderful care of her with lots of TLC! My mother-in-law describes it as the "Queen Bee" treatment. Now this could be called a mini miracle except it is part of Westjet's normal service. Thank you, Westjet!
The WestJet Team were sure good to my Husband & I in November. As my Husband has Leukemia, the team met us in Vancouver with a wheelchair, then onto a golf ride to US Customs, a good 15 minute walk from are arrival gate. He would never have made it without the team's help.
The same help appeared in Maui & again 10 days later when we came back to Calgary. You made a good holiday Great. Thank You again.
I can´t stop crying as I watch this!!! Christmas is al about LOVE and making people smile!!! Bringing light to the darkness... YOU ARE AWESOME!!! I´m a English Teacher and I´ve always had the dream to have my own academy only with the purpose of doing this kind of things!!!! LOVE IT!!

Bought a WestJet vacation package over the summer and the service provided by the WestJet team was truly AMAZING. I was so surprised by the warmth and kindness of the crew. I don't know how I missed this! For years now, your Christmas Miracle Videos are one of my favorite parts of the season - I cry the whole way through. You are such a shining example of how companies should be run, employees and PEOPLE should be treated. And I've never even flown your airline living in the middle of the US. This actually made me cry. I've been depressed as my daughter is in YQG this Christmas and I am here. I work at the Thunder Bay airport and watch on a daily basis the wonderful Westjet staff! They made my day with a simple candy cane under my windshield wiper in the staff parking! Thank you Westjet for giving me some Christmas spirit this morning. I will definitely be going into work today with a smile on my face! You guys rock!

Especially because he's a Canadian soldier I'm Canadian and so many of our soldiers fight in Afghanistan the book I'm reading in language class is called wounded and is about a boy who's dad comes back from fighting in Afghanistan for nine months so yea it really reminds me of that

My husband and I have travelled for many years, and we have never flown on another Airline except WestJet. They have always treated us well - we have never had to complain about anything. WestJet you are truly amazing and making peoples dreams come true. There aren't too many companies that show compassion to its customers. When I take my next flight whenever that is I will definitely be taking WestJet to show my support to a company who cares.
Congratulations West Jet, my airline of choice. I volunteer year round for the Society of Saint Vincent de Paul. I get to feel the miracles of helping others throughout the year, but none so more as this year. My husband and I delivered a Christmas Hamper filled with toys and gift cards donated by my son's company Craft Beer Market. The staff donated their tips and bought and wrapped the gifts. The main delivery will be Dec. 21, but there were a few who needed things early. We met the most wonderful immigrant family. We stayed with them for over an hour, just hearing their story and feeling their love. When we said good bye, we received the best hugs ever and such a joy to us for meeting them. I do this work all the time, but I think feeling the West jet spirit made me pause and truly give of myself. Thank you West Jet. You are awesome.
