Some people are reporting different AI than shown for Rare 5:
Try putting Azkor into the middle of the three hexes of the north trench and then abraxas to his 5 o'clock position. It should work that way too!
Just a quick Question, regarding Abraxus, is he supposed to be a guaranteed drop through campaign rewards? as im strugging to get him without just farming those 3 shards per day Same with Volk And kut skoden
@@stonebeards you should be able to farm his node every day - but there is always a chance for shard drops - it’s not guaranteed. Was that your question?
Christ i never thought about doing a 2nd summon chain with Abraxes.
You are lucky. The necrons didn't reanimate. Specifically in rare 1
on my 6th attempt they keep popping up for volk no matter what i do...
Used Angrax instead of Volk. Active killed the three, one reanimated, but his passive killed it in the Necron round before it could damage him. Failed every time with Volk.
Yeah, 5th time on Rare 1, Necron just keep popping back up (with Volk), just need Rare 1 & 2. Gonna try with Angrax sounds better.

Yeah some of these need a few attempts because of RNG. I also used Angrax in place of Volk to good effect on that level.

I made it to Epic 3 with B2 FoC characters and Rotbone but I've hit a wall and came looking for help. As a newish player, but still capable of participating meaningfully in this kind of content (PL 25), I would love to see some commentary on how to approach these (and every other type of content) using campaign characters as the core of your tactics. I imagine it is not always possible and that's why you don't do it but watching all of this with Abraxas at the center of it, a character I don't have, is frustrating.
edit: I guess Abraxas is a campaign character...just from a campaign I don't have unlocked!
Yeah it's not possible to do everything but sometime you can, i managed to completely pull the lat necron event with just necrons (but all of them G1 at least)
I think the point of this game mode is to allow your collection to shine as it grows. The point is to have more options each time it’s offered. At least thats my 2 cents on it. Ive noticed that as my roster gets bigger, these events are more fun.
@@emair8385 Oh absolutely these events are more fun the deeper and wider your roster gets. The game does not do a good job of explaining what a player should expect out of each type of content at his/her level.
Thanks, Nandi! Just 100%'d my first time following this! On the legendary encounter I had to try something a bit different since my Abraxus and Archimatos are only S2. The trick is to make it so the destroyers and Anuphet don't use their abilities turn 1. I ended up pushing further turn 1 with Azkor and he took the heat, then could kill the bigger targets during the clean up.

My Abraxas keeps getting 1-shot on Imospek's active. Exact same setup and progression until that critical moment. When I moved Rotbone adjacent to Abraxas, he took the hit instead and was able to keep himself up to 100% this map.
On Rare 5, There is a possibility of Imospekh using his active ability from his starting position and killing Abraxas. I got around this using Typhus' active ability. If there is space behind Imospekh, he will retreat and use a single attack against a summon instead.
Don’t have the characters needed to get max points, but was able to get finish all the quests at least
oh god Epic 1 is another RNG of doom. Good luck 1-turning!

It’s been 10 months since your last video and I’ve found it extremely helpful at the time to help with the bosses.
Since then, there has been a number of bosses released and new characters added, Im sure too lineups and strategies have changed since then. I’m probably not alone in wondering what the top teams and strategies behind them are now

in first 5 tries of rare 1 max volk active didnt clear that nekrons in south position, thanks a lot...

Thanks for this Nandi! I got my butt kicked about 6 times though on Rare 5 when Imospekh kept standing still and using his active to murder Abraxas. On my 7th try, the active avoided him for some reason and allowed me to get three badges. I appreciate the videos though and how quickly you put them out! :)
