I ordered a product from Amazon
.it's originally from Tiruppur...if they shipped directly the next day itself i would've got..but it went from Tiruppur to Bangalore then again trichy...it take6 4 days finally
When the first product led failed. You should have taken the led from the replacement piece and mix matched and given back the damaged item. I had ordered gas stove and got knob damaged. When replacement came body was damaged. The delivery person allowed us to take knobs from the body damaged piece and make the first delivered item with out any fault. He took back the second brought item with the old damaged knobs. But it all depends on the delivery person willingness.
And also Amazon packing has become very bad in the reason of cutting costs on packing. They send many items without any extra packing. If it's non returnable item you have to contact customer care and prove that the fault on their side to get replacement.

The problem here is the returned product goes to Amazon warehouse which is locally there and not to the seller...so if you keep putting repeated orders the same product will be replaced and sent in rotation. Only once you have waited for 8 months...rest are all of shorter duration
