Example refrigerator are earlier sold with gross volume which is removing all interior parts like shelfs... Recently, regulatory norms asked manufacturers to display only storage volume... Also, all refrigerator and AC products star rating are revised for every two years the star rating... I can explain how star rating and storage volume are related, if you ask... In washing machine or TV, there is no regulatory body so they can even say it as 10 star... Lol... Also Whirlpool Three door machine also not under Indian norms... Still they claim 5 star because it is not audited... All companies do the same...
I had bought LG front-load WM direct drive. it's working for 7 years. The capacity is 5.5kg. After its success, models came later in 6 and 6.5 kgs. When I read full specifications the drum size mentioned are the same in all three machines. I only found differences in wash programs and color

I've been using whirlpool washing machine for the past 7 years... after the first year the force to put AMC otherwise the cost of each parts are very costly. So I also enrolled it. After 5th year they said max 2 years only they will extend the AMC saying they won't be supporting the spare parts after that. So I enrolled it. Now this is the last year after this I will never go for Whirlpool there are many reasons for it.. 1) No service after 7 years 2) Everytime when I book for service they ask to check the technician ID card since the call which i log in the whirlpool for service is also shared with third party team also since they have so many fraud service centres which send the technician and loot the parts 3) As you mentioned everytime they push to buy that scalegon powder but that's the only way to clean the drum. So you have to spend Rs 570/- for the powder on every service. The most irritating thing is their is chamber on the bottom of the top load so everytime when the stains of the cloths deposits their which causes "Unbalanced error". So kindly have these in mind 😂 Totally frustrated 😔😔
7 KG washing machine means the weight of the clothes which we like to wash in wet condition alone. Kindly note down cloth should be in dry condition and it should be below 3.5 kg in dry condition to wash in 7 KG washing machine. When we put the cloth in the washing machine to wash, we are adding water for washing. Then only we are operating the washing machine. Now the cloth in dry condition turns in to wet condition and the weight may increase to twice the mentioned weight. So that only washing machine shown in video (7 KG) is not washing properly and not rotating along with the water properly as the dry clothes are 5.7 KG in weight. In 7 KG washing machine, we should wash only up to 3.5KG of Dry clothes alone. This 3.5 KG of dry clothes will become nearly to 7 KG of wet clothes (Water is added).
I am using IFB front liad. When i bought the washing mashine both seller and install person said "7kg is including water". If we put cotton cloth we can put 10 dress bcz it doesnot observe more water but if u put i bedsheet it will observe more water so we need to calculate based on the water observation of each type of cloth.we need to calculate Weight is not based on dry cloth its based on wet cloth. Check the weight all clothes when its wet.

In a semi-automatic washing machine, there is only one drum for washing, so it's looking big, but in a fully automatic machine there are 2 drums, the outer drum and the other one is the inner/spin drum. So the company is providing the capacity of the outer drum with water. Like wise in AC also i faced this type of issue, i bought 1.5ton AC but after calculating the cooling capacity with some formula, it's actually 1.25 ton. 7Kg means not dry clothes normally when we wash we will soak in water then only we will use detergent soap on it then allow for half and hour and use washing brush r in a stone. This is a small concept u unable to notice. After wet cloth gets little weight increased then after washing and fully twisted it will be weightless, so the company mentioned rightly, second thing The cost for basic model is heavy, today along with squeezer itself 15000 machine coming. I had same experience with Whirlpool installation guy, he puts a sort of force to buy the liquid detergent. Also, he claimed that if the plumbing work is not done properly, the warranty will be void. I had to do the plumbing work as per his instructions, sent photo to him and then he started to do his marketing again, asking me to buy a trolley saying my existing trolley will damage the machine. Later on I came to know that this guy has been trying to make side business on his own, when I called customer care to check on the trolley. As far the machine, it is working for a couple of years, makes noises now and then due to load but satisfied with its working.

I am using a LG fully automatic front loaded 7kg washing machine almost 8 years I don't have any problems like this .5star 300w mortar non inverter but very good power consumption. Always you have to use the fully automatic option mode, because it will gives you less average water & power consumption . It's detect the weight of the dry clothes and calculate the consuming amount of water 💧 ,time ⏰ and electricity for the machine. So you will save money 💰. If you have select manual mode those elements different from the program. So it will cost you and want get proper output.

My sister has a Samsung Washing machine of 5KG, but when I drop a Jeans pants along with other cloth's, the jean pant is untouched and complete the washing cycle. They need to have a much bigger drum to wash jeans or comforters. Along with we need to have a centrifugal agitator to wash the cloths effectively. I have a small 3.5 cubic feet (6.5KG) HotPoint washer and it washes much more effectively with a centrifugal agitator.
the weight measurement is total weight the machine can take. That mean a few jeans can become 7kg. The drum only can take upto 2/3 clothes. This mean the machine can take maximum 7kg clothes, upto 2/3 of the drum height.

@@jenisiva1993 don't worry it will work fine. in spite of buying any washing machine you have to fix with 4 rules. 1) please always keep an eye on the total load capacity. do not overloaded. at the same time you should not under load also. it will damage the drum bearing. 2) do not select maximum spin speed. 98% always select spin speed between 400 to 800. 3) make sure you clean the washing machines, powder tray, water input filter and the open given at the bottom. 4) unplugg washing machine during rainy times, thunder storms and during power cuts (if you have power fluctuations) Apart from the above you have to make sure that your washing machine is placed on the perfect flat surface. you have to adjust the bottom screws to make it even. Irregular placement also will damage the drum and bearing. Note: I use only liquid soap and not powder. my Samsung is now 13+ young👍

I really appreciate my samsung Washing machine engineer.he didn't try to sell anything evan single screw(for ex i mentioned screw😁), Many brands or instatalltion engineer try to sell stand,cover,... some indian brand suggests only to use their washing liquid😂 but in my case he didnt try to sell anything and also he suggested not to use stand for better mechine life
Machine cover and stand are sold by shop . Service center doesn't recommend stand itself because it will cause imbalance in load separation while rotating. So they won't recommend. They will recommend only scale powder

We have recently bought LG washing machine, the service representative whi installed did not try to sell any accessory. He even asked me to buy the stand that I asked for, on online sites like Amazon. I think LG does better in terms of providing support.
I do no know the technicals but experience shows that if it says 7 kgs, then weight of clothes should be about 4-5 kgs only as the water weight will also count when the machine is running. I had LG earlier and used it for 11 years but I could not get spares, I had to go for Whirlpool which had an anti bacteria wash, this made sense after the pandemic, so I opted for that model

Example refrigerator are earlier sold with gross volume which is removing all interior parts like shelfs... Recently, regulatory norms asked manufacturers to display only storage volume... Also, all refrigerator and AC products star rating are revised for every two years the star rating... I can explain how star rating and storage volume are related, if you ask... In washing machine or TV, there is no regulatory body so they can even say it as 10 star... Lol... Also Whirlpool Three door machine also not under Indian norms... Still they claim 5 star because it is not audited... All companies do the same...

I've been using whirlpool washing machine for the past 7 years... after the first year the force to put AMC otherwise the cost of each parts are very costly. So I also enrolled it. After 5th year they said max 2 years only they will extend the AMC saying they won't be supporting the spare parts after that. So I enrolled it. Now this is the last year after this I will never go for Whirlpool there are many reasons for it.. 1) No service after 7 years
2) Everytime when I book for service they ask to check the technician ID card since the call which i log in the whirlpool for service is also shared with third party team also since they have so many fraud service centres which send the technician and loot the parts 3) As you mentioned everytime they push to buy that scalegon powder but that's the only way to clean the drum. So you have to spend Rs 570/- for the powder on every service. The most irritating thing is their is chamber on the bottom of the top load so everytime when the stains of the cloths deposits their which causes "Unbalanced error". So kindly have these in mind 😂 Totally frustrated 😔😔

7 KG washing machine means the weight of the clothes which we like to wash in wet condition alone. Kindly note down cloth should be in dry condition and it should be below 3.5 kg in dry condition to wash in 7 KG washing machine. When we put the cloth in the washing machine to wash, we are adding water for washing. Then only we are operating the washing machine. Now the cloth in dry condition turns in to wet condition and the weight may increase to twice the mentioned weight. So that only washing machine shown in video (7 KG) is not washing properly and not rotating along with the water properly as the dry clothes are 5.7 KG in weight. In 7 KG washing machine, we should wash only up to 3.5KG of Dry clothes alone. This 3.5 KG of dry clothes will become nearly to 7 KG of wet clothes (Water is added).

I am using IFB front liad. When i bought the washing mashine both seller and install person said "7kg is including water". If we put cotton cloth we can put 10 dress bcz it doesnot observe more water but if u put i bedsheet it will observe more water so we need to calculate based on the water observation of each type of cloth.we need to calculate Weight is not based on dry cloth its based on wet cloth. Check the weight all clothes when its wet.
But in this case as we see in the video they mentioned 7 kg dry cloth.

In a semi-automatic washing machine, there is only one drum for washing, so it's looking big, but in a fully automatic machine there are 2 drums, the outer drum and the other one is the inner/spin drum. So the company is providing the capacity of the outer drum with water.

I had same experience with Whirlpool installation guy, he puts a sort of force to buy the liquid detergent. Also, he claimed that if the plumbing work is not done properly, the warranty will be void. I had to do the plumbing work as per his instructions, sent photo to him and then he started to do his marketing again, asking me to buy a trolley saying my existing trolley will damage the machine. Later on I came to know that this guy has been trying to make side business on his own, when I called customer care to check on the trolley.
As far the machine, it is working for a couple of years, makes noises now and then due to load but satisfied with its working.

My sister has a Samsung Washing machine of 5KG, but when I drop a Jeans pants along with other cloth's, the jean pant is untouched and complete the washing cycle. They need to have a much bigger drum to wash jeans or comforters. Along with we need to have a centrifugal agitator to wash the cloths effectively. I have a small 3.5 cubic feet (6.5KG) HotPoint washer and it washes much more effectively with a centrifugal agitator.

the weight measurement is total weight the machine can take. That mean a few jeans can become 7kg. The drum only can take upto 2/3 clothes. This mean the machine can take maximum 7kg clothes, upto 2/3 of the drum height.
I'm also using this washing machine....for me it doesn't wash properly in full capacity (7 kg). Now I'm only put 8 to 10 cloths. Even in 8 to 10 cloths it gets heavy vibration and also displaced.

அந்த மிஷின்ல பார்த்த நம்பிக்கையில் எனக்கு திருமணமான பின் நான் IFB வாங்கினேன். அது ஒரு மிக மோசமான அனுபவம் என்றே கூற வேண்டும் ஒரு இடத்தில் வைத்திருக்கும் பிரண்ட் லோடு மிஷின் ஓடி முடித்த பின் அது வேறு எங்கோ ஓரிடத்தில் இருக்கும் எத்தனை முறை சர்வீஸ் சொல்லியும் அவர்கள் சரிவர வரவில்லை அதற்குப்பின் நான் ஆராய்ந்து பார்க்கும் போது தான் தெரிந்தது ifb என்று கம்பெனியே கிடையாது அந்த கம்பெனியின் பெயரை வாங்கி கல்கட்டாவில் உள்ள ஒரு நிறுவனம் அந்தப் பெயரில் வாஷிங் மெஷின் வெளியிடுவதை அறிந்தேன். இதே நிலைதான் Whirlpool கம்பெனியும். Whirlpoolலும் வேறு யாரோ ஒருவர் அந்த பெயரை வாங்கி பயன்படுத்திக் கொண்டிருக்கிறார்கள். இந்த இரு கம்பெனிகளுக்கு ஒரு மூன்றாம் தர கம்பெனி என்று கூற வேண்டும். இவர்கள் கூறுவது பெரும்பாலும் பொய்களே இவர்கள் மெஷின் அனைத்தும் assembled machines.
தாங்கள் இதற்கு முன் வெளியிட்ட வாஷிங் மெஷின் பற்றிய காணொளியை பார்த்து நான் அதிர்ந்து போனேன் ஏனெனில் தாங்கள் எல் ஜி சாம்சங் இந் நிறுவனங்களை மிகவும் மோசமாக சித்தரித்து இருந்தீர்கள் ஆனால் உண்மை அதுவல்ல. LG Samsung இருவரும் பெரிய அளவில் R&D வைத்து தங்களுடைய பொருட்களை வெளியிடுகின்றனர். இதற்கு அடுத்தார் போல் நான் சிபாரிசு செய்வது Panasonic.
அதனால் மக்களே தயவுசெய்து Whirlpool, IFB வாங்கி ஏமார்ந்து விடாதீர்கள். என்னுடைய 50 ஆண்டுகால வாழ்க்கையில் 35 ஆண்டுகள் அனுபவத்தில் இதை கூறுகிறேன்.

@@jenisiva1993 don't worry it will work fine. in spite of buying any washing machine you have to fix with 4 rules. 1) please always keep an eye on the total load capacity. do not overloaded. at the same time you should not under load also. it will damage the drum bearing.
2) do not select maximum spin speed. 98% always select spin speed between 400 to 800.
3) make sure you clean the washing machines, powder tray, water input filter and the open given at the bottom.
4) unplugg washing machine during rainy times, thunder storms and during power cuts (if you have power fluctuations)
Apart from the above you have to make sure that your washing machine is placed on the perfect flat surface. you have to adjust the bottom screws to make it even. Irregular placement also will damage the drum and bearing.
Note: I use only liquid soap and not powder. my Samsung is now 13+ young👍

Yes, you were right. Weight and volume are very important. You can put in jeans weighing 7 kg and run the washing machine. That's ideal testing. You cannot stuff the washing machine to the brim and expect it to wash well.

I really appreciate my samsung Washing machine engineer.he didn't try to sell anything evan single screw(for ex i mentioned screw😁), Many brands or instatalltion engineer try to sell stand,cover,... some indian brand suggests only to use their washing liquid😂 but in my case he didnt try to sell anything and also he suggested not to use stand for better mechine life
Machine cover and stand are sold by shop . Service center doesn't recommend stand itself because it will cause imbalance in load separation while rotating. So they won't recommend. They will recommend only scale powder

I do no know the technicals but experience shows that if it says 7 kgs, then weight of clothes should be about 4-5 kgs only as the water weight will also count when the machine is running. I had LG earlier and used it for 11 years but I could not get spares, I had to go for Whirlpool which had an anti bacteria wash, this made sense after the pandemic, so I opted for that model
