ATOTO Problems issue review

ATOTO Stereo, new unit issues.Screen only flashes on and then is gone for phone and BT music. Bluetooth wont connet, says "paired" but wont connect. tried Iphone, Ipod and an Android phone, all the same issue. They had me update software, and update MCU. it takes 24 hours to get a response each time and it doesn't seem they are going to make it easy to rectify the fact that they sold me a faulty unit.
Update: they want me to sent it, with tracking, from Canada to US , no shipping label provided, my cost over $20. and only when they receive it ,will they offer a replacement. be very careful about what you purchase on the internet.
