It's not just that though, understanding prayer is understanding how people communicate with the spirit world. A practice that is much broader than most people think! What role does reverence play in prayer? I think this conversation about praying to God as you would talk to a friend because He is a "personal God" is lacking. Reference, Hebrews 5:7 Jesus "was heard because of his reverence." Does this imply that our prayers may not be heard by an "all loving" and "all knowing" God? Does God listen to some prayers and not others? Why? How should we pray?

Reverence is very important but I don't think we have enough time sometimes to delve into everything, we actually scripted that and cut for time. It is more than just God is our friend but the relational aspect in the context of TFR is far more unique than a reverential aspect. I'm the culture here, I believe reverence comes naturally for much of life and the balance of an approachable God is harder to grasp. Hopefully we can go deeper into this in the future though!
