Use a heat protectant before you flat iron your hair
Space your relaxer 4-6 months
Relax only new growth
Detangle your hair in sections even before washing
Moisturize and seal twice a week
Scalp massages weekly

Do you oil your scalp every day? and you talked about creme of nature leave in spray, can i use it everyday or 3times a week, because it contains protein. You really have a lot of new growth, I have been following your challenge and i rebraided my hair in 3weeks and i make 1/2 inch of hair in 3weeks. I will always be patient and consistent to grow my hair pass shoulder length and to grow 1inches of hair every month thanks dearest am waiting for your reply thanks.
No I don’t oil my scalp everyday and as for the creme of nature leave in spray you don’t have to use it everyday day.1/2 of hair in 3 weeks is actually good (I have a follower that said hers grows 1/2 inch a month)

Yeahh basically when there’s new growth to maintain and retain length
I normally do my braids at least from one month post relaxer because I love styling my hair for the first few weeks.
You can start from 2 weeks post but make sure you wash you hair with a neutralizing shampoo and deep condition.
