In this video, I revisit the kitbashed Helbrute I made in the earlier days of the channel and build an improved version for my Chaos Space Marine army. This one maintains the look of the classic dreadnought but gets decked out with skulls for the skull god and painted blood red for the blood god.

This is an awesome revamp that really leaves no doubt who this dread belongs to! The only change I could think of is adding the old chaos vehicle gun barrels with the snarling maws in place of the las barrels, but otherwise perfect imo

Seconded! This was a lot of fun to watch, as was the first helbrute video, and I would love to see what you come up with between the starting point of the first helbrute, and what you’ve learned since and in this new dread/helbrute!
Good to see you again chief! I personally like both dreads for different reasons but the more saturated red is probably the right move going forward if the muted red wasn't doing it for you.

This kinda gives me an idea of converting a Dornian Heresy themed Khornate Space Wolves Helbrute or some Space Wolf Khorne Berserkers, haven't really decided yet.
Also what do you think?
Space Wolves Berserkers would be really cool. Skull helmets and fur capes.
@@MonstersAndWhatnot Maybe using some bits from the old Norscan minis or even bits from those new AoS Dark Oath models I think would help make the Space Wolf Berserkers look more crazed and feral looking, showing how much the Blood God has corrupted the Sons of Russ.
Also imagine how terrifying it would be to encounter a Khornate Wulfen
