Just crashed it I felt it was easy workout not like your other ones and I didn’t burn much calories even I when I used my heavy weight for 2/3 of the workout
Hey Baraa, even though this workout didn't burn that many calories, strength workouts are better for building muscle that burn calories while we're not working out and that's more of what this workout was designed to do! Great job!
