      That is awesome! I'll be entering my 50s in about 15 months so I'm inspired by you doing these workouts. Gives me motivation to keep doing them myself. It's a hard time with all the hormonal changes that slow down the metabolism.

    60-40-20 format is a great way to structure workouts. Made repeating circuit much easier. Loved it!

    I was sick for a week so I couldn’t workout. Finally got better and this was my first intense workout and it felt so good to workout with you again! Your channel is my favorite workout channel.

    Wow! What a workout! I have noticed better calorie burn during the 3 weeks I've been doing your workouts. Also, I like the strength aspect as well . I am 61 and want to keep my bones & muscles strong for the next ........... years. Thanks!!

    This was such an awesome workout! Those last two rounds of abs and burpee combos had my muscles screaming! I loved the 60-40-20 format too!! Thanks for making such great videos Sydney!

    Love this set up Sydney. My shoulders were screaming but that's one of my favorite body parts to train. Can't wait to see what you have in store for tomorrow. Loved these timed intervals.

    Just crashed it I felt it was easy workout not like your other ones and I didn’t burn much calories even I when I used my heavy weight for 2/3 of the workout

      Hey Baraa, even though this workout didn't burn that many calories, strength workouts are better for building muscle that burn calories while we're not working out and that's more of what this workout was designed to do! Great job!
