Also I wanted to mention how awesome your comment was to that lady commenting about your body. You couldn't have said it any better. I think most of us women have experience the same thing being said, I have for sure, being too thin, now too much muscle, or not curvy. But who are you to say what you think about someone else's body and who works extremely hard to get to this point also happy. It's mainly a reflection of themselves projected out agaisnt us and if they were truly happy within themselves, they wouldn't be trying to tear another person down. Especially one who is trying to help others as well. Way to go sydney
this is so true…. Your relationship with yourself is the most important thing. If you aren’t happy with you, you won’t be happy with others. What others think of you isn’t your business you can’t control that. What you can control is how you think about yourself. ❤ who you are today and love the person you are becoming.
Crushed it 💪🏻Loved today’s message about self love . I have lost a lot of weight over the past 2 years with the help of a nutritionist and although most people are kind and sincere there are those who comments can be rude and even sometimes mean but I am learning that they are projecting their own insecurities and it’s not my problem !
What I love about working out every day with you is the creativity and versatility in your exercises. You have me doing things I never thought I could do and Im surprised at what I can do with every new workout.

Syneeeeey! That was tough! I woke early this morning & decided I'd do this after a 48hr sickness bug wiped me and my kids out! I can def go heavier BUT I don't have anything heavier than 12kg.. But guess what, this time last yr I decided to treat myself to my 12kgs for a bday gift in Jan.. When they arrived I was like woah!! How am I ever going to be strong enough for these!! Well thanks to you I am! I'll be buying the next closest to 40lbs in the UK in January! #crushedit 💪
I enjoyed building on previous moves. I'm always down to bump up the intensity, but it was nice to have experienced the moves in a previous work out first.
I like that the work outs get more intense every week. Now that I’ve met my weight goal I’m always looking to push myself harder and start new goals #CrushedIt
I absolutely loved this workout. I don’t have really heavy weights so I usually use two dumbbells when one is being used. Also really love the strength/cardio combo. Those are my faves.

Thanks for the great workout! I do wish you would consider more modifications for exercises involving the knees. You are very young, but you have followers of all ages. Some people have arthritis (chrondomalacia), or need knee replacements due to meniscus tears like myself. Mountain climbers, lateral movements, etc. aren't conducive for people with bad knees. After being shot and having lasting problems, you should now be able to relate to sometimes needed to modify exercises.
