George, If it wasn't for your " curiosity ", you wouldn't be so good at what you do ! Not only that, but all these other resellers come to you for advise. So you know your Very Good at what you do !
So often you get stuck in your booth busy and never get to shop. Nice that you get a chance to buy from the top and turn it over to. Love everything! The beaded purses are so pretty and the jewelry is really nice. Hope you had,an amazing sale ❤❤❤
Good evening, George! You made a good jewelry haul! My favourites were the bees and the fleur de lis cameo. The Dr Pepper fob did interest me, too. I liked that small photo album. You got really good deals, and it looked like you had fun shopping! Thanks for the take-along!
Working my way thru the estate I'm doing, I've learned a lot about jewelry. I never walk by jewelry anymore without looking it over, I've made good money on it. Thanks for another great video!!!
Oh, my goodness, wild George, you got some really neat stuff. You got rid of some of it the next day, that's impressive. I hope you had a lot of fun. I did watching this, he been coming, George.😊😊😊😊😊😊
02:48 the pin with the foiled "jelly opal-ish" glass. .. I'd have been investigating. The pools of light was freakin' gorgeous. I'm jealous you got to see them in person; I never have. They don't go cheap.
Oh boy! I didn’t hear the price of the pools of light but that would have gone home with me! And those mesh bandannas! The Scandi guilloche are all in such nice condition! What fun! 14:21 that violet mirror? is lovely! Even with spots! Violets are my favorite flowers. 15:51 Wow that photo album is incredible! 17:38 That lining is in incredible condition!
Very good video, and I learned some more about vintage costume jewelry. Thank you, George. Do you ever get up to Vancouver, BC? There is a vintage/antiques mall just outside Vancouver, in Fort Langley, called Village Antiques. Fairly big, with lots of dealers, and stuffed full of items. There are also at least two other antique stores in Fort Langley, one with Chinese porcelain among many other things, and one with "guy stuff" and larger items. I'd love you to do a nice long Fort Langley video!
I helped my brother do an art show and he had a 1 pm time slot to set up and we didn't make it to our spot until 7 pm and were the last ones. To make a long story short, it was maddening, to say the least. 25:38. You just know that the dealer knew the purse had a bad spot so turned it to the good side for display. Irksome. I was thinking about buying a Danish table and chairs at a store once and then realized that they had put a vase right on the spot where there were gouges. At the time it still would have been worth it just for the chairs themselves, not so much in our current economy though. Says something about the sellers.
Great fun helping you spend $$$, George. I'd like the Weiss Alexandrite Crystal clip on Earrings if they haven't sold. You do have another fan interested. Please advise advise availability and asking price. I heard your suggested amount. Thanks! Catherine

What a blast!
You look so happy shopping!
Funny thing, only shopping for antiques & vintage gives me a thrill! All other shopping is perfunctory to me
It’s nice to see another side to the Extravaganza. Thanks George. I’m glad you did well with the early birds!

I remember those line! My parents set up in the Mercentile building for 40 plus years. I grew up around Springfield shows. I'm 69 now
Oh cool! They've been going almost my entire life, hard to believe

I don't think I would be good at flashlight shopping. Not a morning person either George. You got some great pieces of Jewelry.
Me neither

Great video! Lots to see even before it got overwhelming with everyone set up!
Super fantastic deals!
I think so too!
Love the blue rosettes ! I would be interested in buying them..
I also am not into shopping with flashlights… to hard to see the damage on pieces.I think it’s expected to both buy and sell at the same venue.

I loved the little books. Will Rogers was my great-grandmother's cousin. I guess he's my 3rd or 4th cousin? You found some fantastic finds.
Oh that's neat! What an interesting person.
Good evening everyone 🦩🌴🌞
The videos are very helpful.
Great video George! Thanks for sharing!
$500 adds up quickly, you got some good finds. I hate you😂😂you picked the majority of what I was looking at. I would have picked the same items.❤
How fun to shop with you and I’m happy you had a good budget for us! Hope you do well at this sale and have a good time!❤
Tanzanite is rare now. May be worth more!

Well, thank you and welcome!
You'll learn a whole lot from George.
He's a walking talking encyclopedia.
Really great videos.
Welcome aboard!
💖
Did you get the cat clock?
Beautiful but at $200 I left it
Did you get the blue horseheads I would be an interested buyer. Thanks.
Was the dachshund a wooden pin? I prefer screw back earrings to wear. They can be set to be comfortable whereas the clips can pinch.
The pin was Bakelite. 😃
George when you find a very unique earring and can’t find the mate is it a bad idea to make it into a pendant?
Fun fact. The “look” on the runways for fall? Mismatched earrings. I kid you not.
How much for the dachshund pin?
I'm sorry, it sold to Katie of Vintage & Vinyl
Have the tanzanite earrings sold?
Why couldn’t you go to your booths?
They let the indoor dealers set up all morning before we go in so we don't block access to their buildings
@@TheAntiqueNomad sounds difficult!
@@nemophilistnay it is and not like any other show that way but we’ve all adjusted
