There was a time that all donershops claimed to be first one that came up with 'kapsalon'.
Had my first one somewhere in 2005 or 2006. Shop was litteral besides a barbershop.
Nowadays it's more like: if it's 👍 it's 👍.

nothing to do with dutch food. actually not much dutch left in rotterdam whatsoever. not saying that's bad, the foods people brought are great, but roterdam has become a very multicultural city, so much so that native dutch people over there are probably a minority now.
All of these places looked really good. kapsalon excluded, that's just drunk food.

It's very saying that Kaap verdian is better than most Surinamese imposers who sell crap. It's hard in the Netherlands too sift through the real Surinamese restaurants. Half of what you tasted this far was crap at how they prepared it. My mother would invite you only to show you what's real Surinamese food.
