Okay Kadz i tried your method of getting candidates. The only problem with this method i found is most of the candidatws i came across are delusional. They are asking for a lot more money or promotion when i know they are not the best candidate to get that position. For example i recruit Nurse Practioners i messaged a lot of them and the money and job they are looking for is wayyyy out of there experiecne level
That happens often, i usually ask what their current role is paying, say its hard to get that increase as employers will question it ect... Also they are basically saying, im not looking but make an offer I cant refuse

Ive had many interviews for data roles since September and still no luck I’m finding recruiters and employers are very selfish and everything is on their side candidates are going to do the digital nomad visa and move abroad
Your AI has no idea how to evaluate my GitHub or online portfolio. Therefore, it is worthless in a web developer's world. All the software can do is find the "keywords" my AI software sprinkled throughout my profile and resume. You are not evaluating anything other then the proficiency of my AI software. This is quite a paradox that recruiters painted themselves into.
Very good vid buddy. I look forward to the "bot" one, but I have used Duxsoup in the past, but isn't there a huge danger of having yoru LI account suspended? What happens if that happens, do you literally lose that account and all the connections that have taken time to build up?
