How long should an employer typically give you to make a placement? Following this how do you write out the email when attempting to book an interview between both parties? Thanks for all your help enjoying all your content.
It all depends, most companies I work with usually say soon as possible as it is an open position. I would send the CV with information and say do you want to interview the person, if so let me know what days work for you.
Ok from a purely employee viewpoint, the thing that pees me off is that when you do your due diligence on a potential company and there’s no information out there. They are clearly a new company / start up. Website is a landing page saying coming soon. Getting info from Companies House is not exactly inspiring. Then the head of recruitment sends an email with no job role or specifics about the post inc salary, contract type. Automated book your own interview for 10 minutes. Now just for me to ask them the questions about their company will take way more than 10 minutes. I have to be truthful and say I’ve started my own companies in the past but I get a feeling these guys are amateurs. Great info and I may well pass them the link to this video lol.
There is financial crisis , before graduation try to start support us becouse of our long Voluntary and an unemployment struggle we made past look that and stand our encourage
I work for a company that provides me referral bonuses that is paid in incriminates that based on employee retention. How do I turn this into a business /website ?

Kadz Money hi Kadz, it’s only been my first week at work... my directors told me to keep cold calling random company’s for job openings and I’m not sure if that’s the most effective way to go about it so I’m looking at your videos for references.. thank you for posting, it really means a lot to me

That is a bit of a shame... no training. Cold calling is effective for sure. Have you had any successful calls yet
