Really fantastic advice. Honest, straight forward and no nonsense! Thank you Kadz. Thank you also for being upfront and not sugarcoating either the good or the bad.

great vid - straight shooter approach. I do ask candidates who are active to keep me posted on changes with the other job interview process - like moving to 2nd round, heading into the final round - so I can keep my client informed
What a helpful video! This video is different because it gives examples of what to say and not to say contrasting from of the other recruiting tip and trick videos. The channel really helps me prepare for a better day at work. Thank you!
Good content here, thanks for posting! Personally, I would qualify before describing the role and not the other way around. I wanna pitch based on his/her hot buttons and surely wouldn't describe the role based on what the client is looking for, but rather on what's in it for the candidate. With me, the first few minutes would be all about trying to pinpoint the buying motive and the mental obstacles, and only after that, I would introduce the job (provided there is some fit).
Hi Kadz. This is a very informative video thank you! I'm keen to know how you would handle a candidate who says, "no I'm not looking for a new opportunity" without having the conversation ending awkwardly.
Hi Kadz, i love your videos! just checking why the website has a different presentation and if you have a good template for calling candidates you can share please :)
alot of people dont even know that recruiters get most their money from actually sealing the deal so i feel like candidates don't think about that much :)
Hi Kadz, Do you source clients just from UK? What would you advice on collaborating with Clint’s like from Germany and Netherlands ? My niche is agricultural jobs

Kadaz do you have more scripts or swipe files that you would be willing to share. I am in the health care niche
I make them as I go, I am not one of paperwork and docs. So let me know what you want to see and I will see what I can do.

Is calling the best way to get in touch with the candidates or is texting/LinkedIn Connection better?
The probability of someone picking up calls is less than getting in touch with them on LinkedIn/ other job portals. At least that's my experience.
