    i am a recruiter myself holding 2+ yrs experience. Honestly, i like the concept of helping people finding their jobs and started very passionately, but later i realised I don't like the concept of "Cold Calling". it's like sales, but in the place of a product you're selling a job. its target based and puts a lot of pressure.
    so finally I've decided to switch from being a Recruiter to other domains in HR systems, honestly I'm so fed up of cold callings I'd take anything in HR except "cold calling" part.

      I'm quite interested at becoming a recruitment consultant in the future.i had two questions though, but i cant seem to find the answer.
      How many clients do u complete per month, and how much do you personally make as a recruitment consultant (not the company, but yourself)
      thanks

    Hi Kadz great channel. I watched one of your videos recently and changed my business development script so it was similar to yours. Scince then I have got 4 new clients in a week. I only set up the business 2 weeks ago, so thank you for the great content. I also wanted to ask you when starting out can you give me any tips on sourcing candidates without using paid job boards? Thanks Andy

      @@lewisgillespie7068 it’s tough Lewis, I started on a very cold desk so really tough, but managed to bill 20 k in my first 14 weeks. Lots of rejections and disappointments people pulling out of interviews etc. so not for the faint hearted definantly. It’s still to early for me to reap the rewards.

    nice video - I wanted to ask, in relation to a recruitment agency, as a consultant, will I be onboarding candidates to the client only or do you have to build up new clients as part of your job role in a recruitment agency (so not working for yourself, but for a company)

    Hi Kadz, your videos are very informative. Which CRM would you recommend for a start up recruitment agency?

  • @SuperKoreanzombie

    Hi Kadz, I’m looking to try get a trainee role just to gain some experience, but that means taking a pay cut vs my current job. I know in other videos u mentioned getting the ‘experience’ then move companies for better pay. How LONG do u recommend a trainee stay before they jump ship? Is 1 year enough to go for roles that require ‘experienced consultants’ in your opinion. Thanks

    • @kadzmoney
      @kadzmoney  4 года назад +2

      You can leave the basics of the job in a few weeks even. But you get good over the course of a year or so. However... you mentioned pay increase, this job is commission heavy so you can still earn 100k in your first year

    • @SuperKoreanzombie
      @SuperKoreanzombie 4 года назад

      Kadz Money
      Thanks Kadz, from your own experience do companies differ in how they pay their commission ie if both companies recruit for nursing but one pays less commission than the other?
      Everytime I’ve seen a job ad and looked them up on Glassdoor/ indeed, former employees keep on mentioning the terrible pay which is abit alarming. Thanks

    • @SuperKoreanzombie
      @SuperKoreanzombie 4 года назад

      Kadz Money
      Yes Kadz, hope you’re well. I had an interview just other day, that company specialises in mainly temp roles/ nurse cover on the day. Now with permanent roles I think u mentioned once the candidate signs with employer, they generally pay you after a month period (Commission).
      This recruiter on otherhand said u get paid not per placement u make but the hours they end up doing. Is that something you’ve had experience in? She was talking a lot at time but looking back wish I asked ‘how many hours does the nurse have to work for us to earn commission’
      Personally from the conversation it seemed it was more a resourcer role/ 180

      Recruitment is massively interrelated to the economy. If jobs are scarce, how will you fill jobs when there aren’t any to begin with? But when the times right, my advice is to get into a sector or niche that you are passionate about.

    What recruitment agencies would you recommend? Especially for new school leavers ?

    • @kadzmoney
      @kadzmoney  5 лет назад +4

      I would recommend a mix. Try the big companies like reed, adeeco, blue arrow and Hays. But also specialist recruitment agencies. I wouldn't go for companies that recruit for every industry. But the important thing is to get your foot in the door.

      Hi, ok, in order for anyone to help you. 1. Where are you sourcing these candidates from?
      2. Are these (candidates) already in employment, the reason I ask this is, I’m trying to gauge whether it’s a problem with trying to persuade candidates to leave their current jobs
