Colonial Beach, Virginia - August 13. 2017

Nestled in a quiet corner in the eastern part of Virginia is a quaint little beach town called Colonial Beach. There you will find a nice strip of beach along the Potomac river, a quaint little boardwalk with shops cafes and food stalls, and a wonderful pier on which you can go fishing. We visited Colonial Beach last week and we enjoyed it very much!

I lived there for 2 years in the early 70's. My husband worked on the super computers on Dalgren base. Was a nice little town.

The blue plains sewage treatment plant is north of there & when the turd treatment facility cannot keep up with the raw sewage, you can see the human turds float down the river........ Be careful & never enter the water with open wounds. The music is deceiving......
