Thank you so, so much. Many's the time I walked down this boardwalk in the 1970's. We stayed at the Quality Inn at 17th & Boardwalk. A Candy Kitchen on every corner. My first roller coaster ride was there at Jolly Roger - it was called the Wild Mouse. My poor dad was in his late 50's (back then, that was REALLY OLD), and he rode with me. It was hard on him, but he didn't complain. Your super-crisp video brings it all back to life! THANK YOU AGAIN!
I used to work at Trimper's Amusement Park from noon to midnight and I used to walk along those planks every morniing before going to work. Amazing feeling.
Love O.C. MD spent many summers from 67 till now had beach house up at the point on Assawoman Bay across from Harphon Hannah's on route 54 MD , Delaware line on the Ditch miss it . ❤❤❤❤❤
I'm originally from the northeast now living with sunshine and palm trees. The one thing I miss about the northeast are the boardwalks. The food, the rides, the games. I miss that the most. I lived on the jersey shore for the last 10 years I was in NJ. If I could afford a summer home in OCMD, Or Cape May, NJ, I would def buy one.

The city regularly cleans the boardwalk and surrounding areas to ensure it remains welcoming for tourists and locals. However, like any other boardwalk cleanliness can vary depending on the time of day and season.
There are a ton of hotels and condos from downtown to north OC on the oceanfront, ocean block and bayside. It all depends what you are looking for and your budget. If you want to be near the action, stay on the boardwalk, it stretches out to 28th street. If you prefer a quieter scene, then north OC will be a better choice. Good luck on your search!
Just got back from OCMD, went to boardwalk on 2 different days,beware what happened to me on the second day,there's 20's years old creepy guy was bump into me on purpose when we were leaving near 2nd street ramp (there's galary wall) then followed us to our car, looked at straight to my eyes when he was passing right front our car while me and my husband were just sat in with "i am watching you" hand gesture direct to me....ruined rest of my day

Ocean city turned bad it use to be packed wirh summer jam skateboarding everywhere ocean city I’m from there it died out
