My name is Kendra (my government name), but I’m also known around the Black Manosphere as DJ Fish Grease. Question for everybody: why men treats divorce like a funeral but women treat it's like a graduation?
Because men are all in from Day One and wmn have one foot out the door at the wedding.

Glad you made it through. I was there, twice, but never again. I broke the programming and now I see how men are trained, utilized and discarded. What OP is saying is that Cory only wants to associate with his children. He no longer associates with his ex wife. He specifically says her (his ex wife) children’s father. It took me a year of mourning to get over my divorce. I was also blindsided, as we had no obvious problems. After a year, I didn't look back. She tried to spin the block on me. I was done though.

It showed his true maturity and strength, while Tia was being so emotional, begging for a lot of attention in them weird ass TikTok videos and wanted to go back to the streets. Cory is the real winner in this divorce while Tia holds to L making a fool out of herself and breaking up her family. Cory can now focus on his career, his children and his happiness. My wife of 23 years did this to me. After I found out of the affair with the married pastor. She put ppo to get me out of our house. She already filed for divorce. I went three years without seeing my children. She said it was because I didn’t fight hard enough to see them. 😢 She lied to everyone about what had happened and I never said one word.
I feel you man, my ex-wife did something very similar. I went three plus years without seeing my children, then one day she drops them off and it’s just me and them.
It was a struggle getting them reacquainted with discipline, schedules, and responsibilities but we made it.
Now that we are thriving she hides behind various “mental illnesses” that were supposedly brought on by my “abuse”.
What’s really sickening is everyone in our sphere acts like it is still my responsibility to help her!! This chick couldn’t have cared less whether I was dead or alive for almost four years!!!!! I literally haven’t spoken to her in years but everyone swears I am mistreating her.

I was at the ABFF down in Miami Beach a couple of weeks ago (If you've never been, you should check it out next year✊🏿). I attended THIS discussion with him and Meagan Good, second row center.
He was so sincere in his vulnerability when he spoke about the AFTERMATH of her divorcing him. It was deep. I met him, briefly in passing, at the white party that night at club M2. Seemed like a solid brother, was gracious to everyone that approached for a pic or just to shake his hand. He was just chilling in VIP enjoying the vibe of the club.
Props to brother Corey for finally speaking out. More men need to do the same instead of remaining silent, taking the L and letting the woman control the narrative.

Only God can strengthen and uplift a man when he is down. If he is lucky, God can also use his wife and children to uplift him. Men usually cry alone and in silence. They cry to God because the society doesn't comfort the man. God comforts him when no one else does. Corey has always struck me as a quiet, intelligent, hardworking, and responsible man. We should all be so lucky as women to be with a man with such qualities. A woman who truly appreciates her man's value will honor and respect him. Thank God that nothing is hidden under the sun. The truth will always reveal itself. Corey has handled his situation with true grit, and he will be stronger for it. I am happy he is doing okay and he is rebuilding his life. God will continue to strengthen him and open better doors for him to flourish.

It reminds me of when I was stranded on the entrance to a highway for 4 hours. Everybody from all different races was looking but nobody stopped. Seeing how Tia was acting and behaving after the divorce told me he was dealing with a lot behind close door. She probably felt he alone was the problem and never took a minute to figure out what she was doing wrong. I just feel she is going to play Revenge of the Nerd if she finds that he's getting too much attention, and especially if the movie turns out to be good. This was exactly what happened to me..I promise he said and try everything he could do to save his marriage. She was probably around women who were telling her to leave..it’s funny how women never come on any sites and just say they (women) messed it up. It’s always the man’s fault.
