About Me
My name is Kendra (my government name), but I’m also known around the Black Manosphere as DJ Fish Grease. That’s because I COOK, and I’m talking DEEP FRY, the foolishness that goes on in our communities. Yep, and in this western society, if a man is required to pay all the bills, then what's the point of having most of them around if no kids are involved, when the majority will flat out tell you what they "ain't gon do" around the house. Heck, then that money spent on feeding and maintaining her lifestyle (i.e., an additional vehicle payment and its maintenance) can go to outsourcing to those who will do.

My husband asks me multiple times a week what can i help you with! She sounds so angry and bitter no way she is in a healthy relationship. And the women in the comment section agreeing with her are on the same boat as her! Smh.

The problem with modern relationships is that women really want role-reversal, and they want all the perceived benefits that they've been told that men have, and men should be womanly. Help-meets expecting the person that they are supposed to be helping to be THEIR help-meet. I'm convinced that women really hate being women, they should just admit it. My ex husband is 12y older than I, when we met I was 27 and he was 39. We married 2y later. He worked construction and we have 2 sons. I made sure that I got the children up for school dropped them off, went to work in an office and after work picked them up if he didn't get off by 3. I went home cooked and helped our sons with their homework. If my then husband came home before me he'd pick up one of our sons and start dinner. That was our life for 17y and I never complained we made it work. Our sons are now 25 and 22 successfully thriving and we're still a close family.

As the relationship continues, an the woman does her part and provides increasing value to the man, the 50% will increase over time and may become 100%: the 50% may simply be a down payment and lead to 100%, marriage, kids, and retirement, once again, how is this a bad deal!

Me and my wife has been going 50/50 since we've been married for 33 years. We botĥ work and take care of the house. This has not put any of us in a bad situation. When one of us not working, the other pick up the slack. That's what a team is.

Train the children from young to help with simple task, like making their own bed, putting away their dirty clothes and putting away their toys after playing with them. Start small and as they grow older it will be less of a burden. The problem with modern day marriages is, people forget two shall become one. When a man or a women cook or clean they are doing it for each other. When you clean house is for both of you, when you cook you cook for the house hold. People today think when I cook is bc I cooking for him and not for us. People getting married with single mentality is the receipe for divorce.

My family hired a cleaner once a week for 8 hours. Cleans, cooks the weekly meals. If your full job can be done, paying someone $15 an hour once a week, it's not much work.... And if you're such a boss babe, pay for the housekeeper. Your man is covering all the bills, and you can't pay for your portion to be covered?

When I was a child, I did majority of the cleaning because my mother not father would and my siblings were never made to. When I got my first apartment, I worked and cleaned up before my husband and I married. Before we had a child, I worked and did most of the household work. Then, when we had our child I became SAHM and still did most of the household work.
I clean up everyday because I cannot wake up to an unorganized house. Every time a woman complains about cleaning up, I instantly thinks she’s nasty.

Respectfully, Kendra, you would be surprised how many married men do not contribute to the household domestic chores. Yes they will cut the grass and take the car to the mechanic for repairs, but the day-to-day laundry, cleaning the bathrooms, cooking, washing dishes... Un-asked assistance is not as common as you think, especially for men of a certain age.

As a construction worker there was an accident that shut down the site down for a few hours. We started talking about things. 40% of the guys did most of the cooking the laundry. One guy started claimed his wife saying was " my idea of cooking is picking up the phone". The scary part was as he starting saying this it turned into a chorus of guys. There wives said the same thing. My in my house I cook most of the time and my wife cleans up afterwards. She does the laundry but, if I hear the buzzer and she is busy, I will swap it or if they are dried I will grab them and fold or hang them. If I'm out of town she will mow the lawn. When she had multiple surgeries I picked up her part as she had a long recovery. When I jacked up my shoulder she get things in and out of my truck. This is a respect issue .
