I don't know about others who are being downright mean, but I think some of the comments are valid criticisms, and like you said, she is a STUDENT, so she is not absolutely perfect musically OR technically, so when others point this out, I wouldn't consider it hateful.

Wow truly wonderful! By now your probably already a wonderful player. Just 2 things that most people will often miss. If you do end up doing this peice again or something similar. Pay more attention to the care of the phrase endings and also take more time on the pauses. That last advice will show your maturity and confidence in playing. Overall it was amazing. Keep up the good work !

Why is everyone acting like it sounded like a screechy cat the whole way through cause she played a few notes out of tune. Yes it wasn't perfect but keep in mind this was a live performance and she is 13 for Gods sake! Y'all really aren't helping by telling her it sounds horrible, if you're gonna criticize, make it constructive or don't say anything

swoclomo: children of musicians can easily arrange for that. Or in poor counties. You can pay a very professional orchestra to accompany you for the whole concert for couple of thousands.
