There are flaws with this camera but if I remember there is a setting that you need to turn audio on.

I think it did but I'm not absolutely sure. I sent it back & no longer have it.

I just bought a adapter to plug into the camera and my iPad and it’s not letting me or giving me any option on my iPad or camera to transfer the pics and videos. I clicked the storage option but it’s not letting me. Please help if you know it let me on my computer but won’t let me save the videos

If you're running Mac I'm not sure but if you're running Windows you should be able to see the camera as a mass storage device. When I had this camera I just opened the directory copied & pasted them to the desktop. I hope this helps.

how do you transfer the photos to your phone?

You'd have to copy them to your computer & then to your phone.
