The Surface RT has an ARM processor (different architecture), not x86. You can't expect to run every common software just because it's Windows 10 now. It's exactly as useless as Windows 8.

Damn, was hoping to get a browser, even edge working to run youtube. But no reason to cripple a slow tablet even more. Will use it as a digital picture frame with good battery life.
Hopefully now the bootloader's bypassed, the community can utilise the already existing resources from other Tegra products to get it more functional. Microsoft should have waited for better hardware but they rushed the release and set back the UMPC market - in the last couple years, Apple and Samsung have managed to revive the market with iPadOS and Dex.
It would be cool if see some further development from the community but honestly, I think there is not much more going to happen anymore. These RT's are old by now and were kinda crappy at launch already if you ask me. Also they didn't sell well, so I don't think those will have a big future. The only 2GB RAM are also not helping.

Anything that allows newer software access gives some life and options to this neglected machine :-) I would not recommend for anyone who is not computer literate and likely the limited 2GB RAM would cause issues overall like most Windows 7 machines upgraded to 10 which cannot handle multitasking the constant Windows 10 updates unless frozen from computer management (this Nvidia Tecra only has 1mb L2 cache, good 12 years ago for 32bit but not today). If you want to test I have a 64gb drive RT so Im considering partitioning the drive to have 40gb available to test and keeping 8 on the drive. (My friends cat walked between the Surface pro and the HDMI connected to the tv. With its tail stiff as a board took the surface down to the hardwood floor. Bent out the hdmi adapter while still in it. Cracked the screen and that was it. :( I miss this size. THE HOME BUTTON for when things freeze up in my modded games and I don’t have a keyboard. That home button saves things A LOT. Most of all…. I MISS THE KISKCTAND!

The only thing is that it might be hard to find a good touchscreen Linux for that computer. Lightweight Linux is pretty easy since you can choose a niche WM that is extremely light(personally I use dwm, but I'd recommend openbox for a more general audience), but there are very few WMs that are touchscreen friendly, and it would have to be touchscreen friendly because that's the worst mouse and keyboard I've ever had to look at. Also, nice USB drive. I used to have a ghetto USB stick like that, but I don't know where it got to. Finally, it's kind of funny that Windows RT(Really Terrible), like all modern Windows versions is descended from Windows NT(Not Terrible).
It's quite annoying and hard to install Linux on most consumer arm hardware (smartphones, tablets, laptops). A bit easier on android, but that's because the platform is so widespread and slightly more standardised. Most of the SBCs are mainly supported by the manufacturer, though some projects like Armbian target a larger number of devices. The easiest way to install other os on most arm devices is a vm really.
Does this windows 10 built support the screen mirroring with other win10 devices.... I mean the screen project option? And can I windows update it to 1909 or newer?

Actually, Windows 10 on Arm has a x86 32-bit translation layer, which should work. Most apps don't have Arm32 on account of 32-bit processors going by the wayside now. A lot of 32-bit x86 apps should run OK. But it will be even slower

No, unfortunately there's almost nothing you can run on this old OS anymore nowadays. The reason behind that is because it is ARM archictecture and not X86.
There is nothing you can do about it because most apps are coded for X86 and Surface RT is ARM. That's why those devices were kinda dead on arrival already.
It would be an interesting thing to see if android would run on this tablet and if it will be still useful. Maybe 32 bit of chromium might be available. Since I saw you speak German I wanted to say good job making an interesting video but I speak better Chinese than German and I don't speak Chinese.
I doubt they will port Android on this tablet, there are only a very few users left and it never sold that well to begin with. So I don't think it will happen.
I ran YT today on my surface RT with original software on it without any issues. It wouldn't work thru the YT app provided by MS but worked by going thru explorer direct to YT. Haven't used the surface for quite a while & the last time I tried YD it was coming up with a message that the software was going to change & YT may note work anymore. I didn't get this message this time - just went straight into YT. - Go figure. Netflix doesn't seem run due to "silverlight" issues.
Windows 10 on rt to run better/ go to settings/system/advanced system settings/adjust for best performance/ turn off all background info going to Microsoft,turn off updates and any notifications always bugging you,turn off location, uninstall apps your never going to use.

The tera boot loader has bad weaknesses look at the switch and shield you can load what ever ya want on them

If users can't install x86 programs on Windows RT and how the Windows explorer works ? It's a Win32 Program and it's a x86 or x64 program
The explorer is part of the OS. Go ahead and try to run any .exe file, you'll see that it won't work.
Currently trying to find an actual, official build of Windows 10 that works with ARM32 for a Surface. Any advices?

I erased the HD by the clean command in cmd. Would there be any way to get it back? I create a usb with rufus but I can't boot the pendriver.
You'll have to reinstall the entire OS if you erased the SSD.

Could be your router is too new for drivers for wifi card or drivers for wifi card are no good
