Just subscribed, absolutely beautiful knife! I use to make my knives with just files. But I will say the file gives great results since you can get as precise as you want it. The grinder just is faster but easier to mess up your knife. I will definitely be checking out your other videos.

Awful knife making, the steel which is in the handle is too short it should be a little bit longer
because i think in this case the knife hasno longer stability and one day will go out of the handle
if do hard work with it.

I buy ready made blades then fit my own handles You can buy various blades; look at www.brisa.fi or search Google for 'knife making suppliers'
Tools needed are - a bench or desk; a vice; a pillar drill is good but you can use a hand drill if you're careful; files; rasps; drills; lots of abrasive paper; a large F clamp or a sealant skeleton gun to hold components together while the glue sets; 2-part epoxy glue - slow setting gives you time to adjust things
Watch more videos and you'll see the things you need, and slightly different methods of working. It will all help
Suppliers can also provide wood, brass & other items
You don't need a power sander/polisher; hand sanding will work, it just takes longer
      Good Luck!
