Thank you so much! It means a lot to hear that from you! There are some details that did not turn out 100% as I wanted but oberall I am very happy with it :)
Bravo, bravo, great video and craftsmanship, made only with improvised means, without professional equipment, only a master can do it, respect from old BG.
this is best knife making video ever ive seen in RUclips, number one big time.... i appreciate your great work of art... i stayed speechless! thanks for this video, i will watch again and again
@daAnder71 I'm sorry...but for me is a comma or a .....__÷÷:::,,,--??... not important.... the aspect behind my words are important that's what I fell and stand for. Respect to you Sir... Best of luck! From Vienna
Big respect from a time served toolmaker..your hand work is absolutely stunning. I don’t know if you’re an engineer by trade but you’re sure as hell worth of the title dude 👏👏😉👍
Minus 9000 for the knife holder, it should have been like a long Converse shoe, wrapping it an inch longer. It’s like Achilles Tendon part of the knife for example. Everyone always rushes finishing the last part, the cover of the knife other than that the knife is out questionably magnificent, created by your great imagination, May you be a very healthy person.
I love the fact that more than 70% of us here watching this vid doesnt have any of these equipment or skills to do something in that field but we are watching just for the craft!!!
That knife is far and away the nicest bushcraft knives I've seen made on RUclips! Very complicated. I'm a new fan, and I sub'd. You have a new follower!
Now that handle work was extremely creative and turned out great, the tritium glow sticks in my personal experience were underwhelming (they were pretty dim when I ordered a pendant with one for my wife). Still a fantastic blade and beautiful almost alien handle, great work!
Tritium isn't really outwardly bright.. The ends are where most of the brightness is concentrated.. It's mostly used in gun sights... Which you don't want overly bright..
that honeycomb aluminum + acrylic is a cool handle, I have made 2 with that method, but I really like what you did just randomly placing into the acrylic!
Love that you’re using a filing jig. Was my first knife making tool I made. Still going back and forth from the jig to a 1x30 harbor freight belt sander with some 36 grit ceramics. One day hopefully I’ll get a 2x72 lol.
Robert Ervin Hey man I didn't have enough money to buy a 2 x 72" belt a grinder so I picked up some junk steel scrap yard a little wire feed 90 amp harbor freight welder the only thing that I bought was the tracking wheel.
this is 9 months later lmao but i got a 2x42 and honestly the difference is AMAZING and it's much cheaper than a 72. i think mine was $200 and with some modifications competes with some friends 72
I dont know what it is but watching a knife making process is one of the most satisfying things, maybe cause of the primal instinct of making weapons...
Огромный лайк за ручную работу!вот она, именно та самая ручная работа. И ещё один плюс, это единственный ролик в котором мастер, после закалки клинка не обрабатывает его на наждаке👍. Идея с подсветкой огонь!
I would be lying if I said this isn't one of the coolest knives I've ever seen! The green and black honeycomb epoxy scales came out beautifully. And the kryptek typhon sheathe came out great as well :)
What a Magnificent Knife. You Sir, are a True Artisan. You produced this Work of Art with Basic Tools and the Quality of your Work Outshines many others. Thank you for sharing your Creation. A Mesmerising Piece of Work to watch. Thank you again. G.
Wow! excellent work! perfect size, the handle...love the hexagonal pattern, especially because I work in organic chemistry. Will you sell it to me? I´m from Argentina. Greetings!
Ya great job. That's some really thick steel. I'm just wondering how heavy your knife is? It takes tons of work to make a thick blade plus all the work in the handle too. Must of been a blast thanks for sharing your video.
You did a very good job making this knife. A lot of complicated steps were taken to finish the handle. Great work. Slavik.
Ah Yes! And yours as well!!!
Thank you so much! It means a lot to hear that from you! There are some details that did not turn out 100% as I wanted but oberall I am very happy with it :)
Hi Slavik, collaborate with this channel, it deserves more subscriptions and you could help it ;)

gooooood job
Such a beautiful knife. I'm sorry, it's just me, but somehow it always feels like cheating seeing such a great knife not been forged.
Why? Some of the best makers in the industry use stock removal to make knives and swords.
You're right Kristian, its just you. Forging/not forging has nothing to do with what a wonderful piece of work this is.
Jist one thing to say
Shut up amd takr my money
