FAV TRACKS : heading for the door, gold dust, the landing, echo, bravo, constellations, inside out, stratosphere, road to hillsborough, earth moon transit
duster? i hardly know her
I feel like a lot of this album is about a feeling rather than a story. I love when the lyrics are short and up to your interpretation
I saw someone describe this album as the sound of listlessness, and that felt accurate to me. I agree that this album is more feeling-based than linear narrative storytelling.
echo, bravo always gave chills down my spine, wish i could hear it for the first time again.
This album cover is just perfect and wonderful. I really like the hazy and slow production, it feels very raw. Great album for a lazy day
My recommendation would be Sadness - I Want to Be There
Bro I LOVE I Want To Be There it’s beautiful
I love Duster. Earth Moon Transit is my favorite song ever recorded. I always interpreted the last two songs as "Party's over... go home..." and then the last song is just being lost in space.

Duster is fantastic! I love the atmosphere they manage to create with the saturated guitars
Because he loved the song "Trash" and "Personal clarity" maybe he's ready for My Bloody Valentines "Loveless" album.. yes he needs to react to Loveless!
Oh.. nevermind.. you did ❤
Gotchu homie
@@smags1082 have you done m b v? it gets kinda mid at the end tho
I’ve never really gotten into duster tried to listen to it before but didn’t end up finishing the album, saw your video just now, you’re really good at being relatable and still very good at analyzing the music
The album in it's entirety reminds me of a past love I vaguely wish I could recapture but being mature enough to know that we're both better off alone
Personally I like their later stuff but another great Duster album is Contemporary Movement
It would be pretty based if you reacted to Hi, How Are You by Daniel Johnston a Lo-Fi classic.
I love that album so much
Portishead - Dummy is a really good album as well
This guy gets it
pretty sure in reed to Hillsborough the needle reference is talking about the needle on a turntable because he mentions a hifi stereo ygm... not heroin
its short but please do a review of transmission, flux by duster its so good plus i wanna see your reaction to orbitron
An album Id love to see you listen to is Plowing Into The Field of Love by Iceage. Its a bit obscure but its one of my favorites of all time. It was their third album and with it they departed from their hardcore/post punk sound and added in elements of blues and country as well as a larger instrumental palette while still keeping the core of their sound intact.
Nice reaction! You think you would ever react to twilight still loving you or something? I think it’s a good album.
you react to so many based albums i enjoy it
you should try "Contemporary Movement" by Duster. Its my favourite album by them
You should totally check out the album fantastic planet by failure, they’re one of my favorite bands
you should try listening to flying lotus' music if you havent already. The 2 albums I'd suggest to listen to first are Cosmogramma and Los Angeles
i think seeing you do more extreme stuff would be fun
i think the goslings grandeur of hair would be fun but thats like the deep end
Got this right when it came out based on the cover. Bedhead is in the same vein and very cool, the album Bedheaded would be my pick. I'd also love to see your reaction to Yo La Tengo - And Then Nothing Turned Itself Inside-Out, is a masterpiece.
my fav song in dis album is topical solution
I LOVE DUSTER
Sign crushes motorist?
i like the demo versions of gold dust even better
ngl, i try to not focus on duster lyrics too much, it’s a very emotionally forward album
you'd like their other project Calm more I would imagine.
I dont really think there is supposed to be an overarching story i feel like this album is just made to make you feel a certain way
idk if u will see this but PLEASE react to sign crushes motorists
you should check out alex g race album, crystal castles, deftones and boa. 💌👁
“This is exactly what post nut clarity sounds like” bro that’s so true. Basically the album could be called that. 😂
listen to "The Velvet Underground & Nico", it's a classic and it's extremely influential. hope to see more videos your channel is cool B)
16:40 sounds more like hes in a saw trap or the dentists
*Assuming you've never listened to them*
Two albums i have to recommend if you wish to continue down the early 2000's Post-punk/Garage rock revival, similar to The Strokes and Interpol.
"Whatever people say i am, that's what I'm not" by Arctic Monkeys (2006)
"Silent Alarm" by Bloc Party (2005)
Two of the best post-punk/garage rock albums of all time, both debut albums as well.
The UK was an exciting place to be in the early 2000's when it came to music.
Their 2nd album "Contemporary Movement" is probably my favorite...
It offers a similar soundscape to "Stratosphere", but it's a bit more polished and coherent...
Basically less "trash" parts lol
Ye
He gets it
learn to appreciate dissonance and uncomfortable sounds
Especially if you listen to indie rock indie rock does that alot Especially modest mouse modest mouse honestly should get a world record for just how much dissonance there is
hopefully you’re still doing Tender Buttons by Broadcast 🥲
